Hôtel in middle of nowhere .. room not clean called Ayi to come back . Don’t be impressed by the brand it’s a real chinese hotel . I don’t know where is international brand management . Friendly staff very helpful .

Location is great and the hotel offers shuttle bus to the mountain resort.
Breakfast was okay and staff was friendly. Unfortunately, they had no English skills at all.

Good place in the mountain. All white of snow during our visit. Hotel is clean. Chinese restaurant serves good local specialities. Good transportation services with shuttle bus every hour. It brings you at different places in the little town. Many possibilities of hiking/walking nearby in small ways to avoid main road. At this time (Spring Festival), hotel just a bit cold and swimming pool not opened

五一訂了攜程排名第一，價格最高的酒店，住下來感覺真的不值。以後絕不會再住。首先酒店的位置很偏，去哪裡都不方便，都有搭乘酒店的接駁車。但接駁車又不方便，坐了幾次車都讓人氣憤。十分鐘的車程要你等二十分析，還説是堵車，看了導航，根本沒有堵車，無非他是想一次多接幾個客人，放你在站點白等。一句實話都沒有。最氣憤的是第二天夜裡，大雨天，我們艱難的走到他指定的上車地點，等了二十多分鐘，他又來電話讓我們去另外一個站點才能坐車，理由是封路。但我們等車的地方眼見着車來車往都能經過。他衹想着怎麼方便他自己，完全不管客人的處境。還有，酒店的車明明可以直接到美廬別墅景點，問到司機能不能直接到景點，司機都故意不回答，非讓你多坐一站下車再排隊往回來。真的不能理解，這種心態的人搞服務怎麼可能會好？
酒店房間望出去啥風景都沒有。
三人間衹配兩雙拖鞋，洗個熱水澡，洗到一半，水越來越臟（可見下圖）最後沒熱水了。坑**。
總之不值，服務人員心態就不對，不會再住了。

位置有點偏，酒店裡面有些繞，一個小時一次的班車有點浪費時間，打電話送個枕頭也沒送，酒店環境和其他服務還好，衞生也可以！

服務很不錯，給房間做了升級，還景點接送，最主要的是還派人送行李，很貼心的服務。這也是我在所有景區中住的跟城市五星級比較接近的酒店之一，早餐也相當不錯，小孩子早上不吃飯，酒店還給了打包盒可以打包。特別推薦去廬山的遊客可以體驗。

廬山可選擇的正規酒店不多，最後還是選擇了這裏。優點是房間大，床軟硬適中，床品舒服，服務好，早餐也挺豐盛。因為五一居住的人多，晚上九點多洗澡沒水了，等了大概半個多小時來了熱水，也能理解。第二天工作人員為了表示歉意送了小茶具。酒店更適合自駕，因為距離中心城區有些遠。但是有酒店自己的擺渡車也還算方便。廬山這個地方還是淡季來更好，體驗會更好。有機會還會再來。

和深坑酒店類似，從上往下走。硬件和軟件應該是廬山最好的了吧，服務也很好，餐廳也不錯。大廳可看日落，遺憾，遇下雨和大霧，沒看到日落。一定要説缺點，就是酒店房間太多了，要換兩次電梯才到房間有點不方便。下次去還會住吧。
