The overall stay was very convenient and suitable for family travel. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service. You just need to call and inform them of your arrival time, and they can pick you up directly from the cable car station. They also provide regular transfers to and from the upper cable car station, Huiyuan Road Station, and Zhengjie Station, saving you the hassle of dragging luggage and making sightseeing and returning to the hotel much easier. The hotel is equipped with washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient for changing clothes during a trip. The front desk staff are very attentive; after clothes are washed, they help dry them, fold them, and bag them, which is very family-friendly. The breakfast offers a good variety, and the taste is decent. The room environment and facilities are consistent with the usual Ji Hotel standards—clean and tidy. Overall, the stay was stable and comfortable with good value for money. It's a reliable choice for a trip to Lushan."

It was finally possible, a ten-minute walk from the hotel. Seeing other hotels waking up at 3:30 a.m. and driving up the mountain to watch the sunrise, I immediately felt the superiority of staying at the Zi Lu Hotel. Staying at a high-end hotel is truly different. I think it would be a shame not to stay at the Zi Lu Hotel when visiting Lushan! You can just relax and enjoy it! 👍👍💕💕 5. Since the Zilu Hotel opened in April, the facilities and equipment are relatively new, and the bedding is very high-end. Thanks to the great environment and fresh air, my sleep quality was excellent, and my overall look and feel have improved significantly. 😍😍😎😎 6. For someone like me who prioritizes value for money, this experience was truly unforgettable. If I have a vacation next time, I'll definitely stay a few nights here again. 😝🌸💁🏻♀️"

"The service was absolutely terrible. Breakfast ends at 9:30 AM. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:29 AM, right on time, and they immediately said they were sold out. I pointed out that breakfast ended at 9:30, and I explained that I had paid for the breakfast voucher. Why couldn't I eat there? It wasn't even time yet. A short while later, they told me it was already 9:30. I was speechless. I've never encountered anything like this before. In other words, I arrived right on time. I can accept that they'll serve whatever they have, but they can't just tell me it's sold out before the designated time, and then immediately say it's time. Isn't this just bullying?"

From their proactive help with luggage during check-in to the thoughtful goodnight milk delivered in the evening, every detail made us feel very warm. Although the room wasn't particularly large, it was well-arranged, clean, and cozy, and the the bedding comfort was simply outstanding. We had a wonderfully comfortable stay and it's definitely worth recommending!"
