Nice and clean hotel. Will come back. Coffee machine had some issue and the maintenance guys were pretty rude about things. But that’s a small point in the big picture

到底是十幾年的老酒店了，雖然大格局還OK但是細節方面還是有待升級，插座少而且插口較鬆脱，建議充電電器比較多的人可以自己帶個排插。前台接待有個男生很好 看我是帶二位七十多歲長者入住 給我們延時到下午2點退房 服務上還是到位的。選這裏主要是看中可以三個人住、對面就是永利皇宮噴泉、酒店二樓直通輕軌，對於我們這種選擇輕軌+打車出行的來説還是比較方便。

Second stay. Location is strategic and convenient with train. Few stops away from airport. Breakfast is served with variety of foods, tastes good. Receptionist is very friendly and polite. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

酒店交通便利，樓下就是新濠天地，吃喝玩樂都有。房間很大，床品很舒適。早餐豐富。唯一不足的是房間有煙味，需要增加新風系統。

An wonderful stay in the Grand Hyatt, 2 nights room on the executive floor, a delicious breakfast on the 3th floor with Christien who takes care for everyone and let you feel that you are special 😊 we really enjoyed it. It where not our first visit, but sure definitely not our last one! See you all next time.

從拱北口岸出來做新豪影滙的大巴，在新豪天地下車就是君悦酒店，服務生都非常專業和禮貌
房間很乾凈，我們房間正對美高梅的金獅子🦁，晚上七點半開始娛樂聲很響，基本12點結束🔚
酒店位於賭場中心所以想品嚐當地美食要去大三巴附近的老城區
