It was a great trip, the staff were very helpful and it was kid friendly. The suite was huge and being situated in the Londoner， there was plenty of things to do.

As always happy staying at Conrad hotels. Conrad Macao always deliver when it comes to amazing room views. In our room we can see the London clock tower and Wynn palace. The room is huge with a nice comfortable sofa. The best part is, hotel is connected to the mall, just ride the elevator and it is on the 2nd floor. Had a nice and comfortable stay at Conrad Macao.

It was all perfect for Conrad Macau. Location, price, room, cleaninless, reception & concierge. Check in counter are abit confusing but once u sort it out. Everything perfect!

It is very convenient. However the breakfast is not buffet but in room breakfast. Hotel room is abit dated but it is still clean

The stay is great, just that there are no extra decorations for anniversary celebrations.

We were upgraded to the Eiffel Tower view suite and the staff there was really helpful and friendly. We arrived at 12 pm and the room was available. Because it was the Mid-Autumn Festival that day, we were given a box of mooncakes which was really pretty. Conrad also offered us late check out at 2 pm and gave us a free shuttle to the pier when we left. We went down to the pool to chill in the afternoon, but I had to say, the pools were a bit small because they separated them into small pools, other than that, it was a nice experience - we had free sugar cane drinks and a snack as welcome drinks. When I came back to the room that night, there was a plate of Portuguese egg tart and fruits for us. The next morning, we had a bath with bath salts provided. I brought my own one-time bath cover for hygiene purposes. We were thrilled with the service provided and would recommend anyone to stay.

Great hotel and location. We woke up late but the hotel still gave us the complimentary breakfast. It is connected with a Londoner and St.Regis hotel, has a food court and fine dining options. The night view is amazing.

Great service and loved the decorations

It’s a pretty good 2 night stay, and considering it’s a “****** hotel” it’s quite good. BUT it’s significantly not as good as other Conrad’s I’ve been to.

Wonderful experience and really thankful to front desk agent Mandy for assisting us. Due to the typhoon, we only mange to arrive at the hotel during midnight. However Mandy speed up the check in process and make sure we get to check in at the fastest speed and explain everything to us thoroughly as well. Also, during check out the hotel staff have assist us with our luggage to the shuttle bus stop and make sure we board the correct bus before leaving. Thank you for making our trip a wonderful one!
