This place is really old. The bed was so saggy, it was incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on. The air conditioning wouldn't turn off, which was annoying. And can you believe there was no handheld showerhead? Just a fixed one! The service attitude was also particularly bad. There's a duty manager named Jadon Lee, a male, whose attitude was absolutely terrible. He acted like he looked down on everyone!

This was my second stay, and overall it was pretty good. However, an issue cropped up during check-out on the last day, which really soured the experience, and it was something that absolutely shouldn't have happened. A word of caution to everyone: when checking out and retrieving your deposit, especially if you paid via Alipay, WeChat Pay, or card, make sure to carefully verify that you've received the full amount. Luckily, the issue was eventually resolved without further problems.

This was my second stay at Wynn, and the experience was a bit disappointing. I arrived at 1:30 PM to check in, but was told rooms wouldn't be ready until 3:00 PM. When I returned at 3:10 PM, the room still hadn't been cleaned, and I eventually only got into my room closer to 4:00 PM. During check-in, I was asked if I preferred a smoking room, which I confirmed. However, when I received my room key, I was told the reservation notes indicated a non-smoking room, which was quite frustrating. On a different note, the mini-bar drinks in the room are advertised as complimentary. However, there's a small print notice at the bottom stating that if any item is removed for more than 60 seconds, it will be automatically charged to the room.
