The front desk staff—Erica, Delia, Selene, Leo, and Leslie—were amazing, warm, and attentive. The hotel has a great, convenient location, and the rooftop observation deck is a wonderful spot to watch the sunset. It's open until 10 PM and even comes with complimentary drinks. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

We stayed during National Day and were upgraded to a room with a view. It was clean and tidy. A young lady at the front desk whose name started with E (I can't recall the full name) provided exceptional service. The 15th-floor viewing balcony is super photogenic, and they even offered complimentary drinks. Guests can also enjoy a free ride in a vintage sightseeing car. The hotel's location is prime: a 15-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, just 5 minutes to Rua da Felicidade and Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro, and close to Rua de Cinco de Outubro. Within a 1 km radius, there's a ton of delicious food. It wasn't overly crowded, and the area is great for photos. The MT4 bus stops right in front of the hotel, making trips to the Border Gate and Cotai incredibly convenient. A must-stay if you want to be in the historic Macau Peninsula!

This is my second stay here, and the room environment is excellent – tidy, clean, and no strange odors. The hotel's service is also great; the staff are very attentive, especially the front desk team: Emily, Delia, Zika, Margarida, and Ying, who are all very patient and thorough. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The room was excellent, very clean and hygienic. The staff provided great service, and there's a viewing platform on the rooftop. Downstairs, you'll find Emily and Ying at the cafe, along with Lelise and Erica.

The hotel has a European flair, and the rooms are very clean. There's a bus stop nearby, which is convenient for taking public transportation to attractions and the Venetian Macao. The hotel service is also excellent. Although the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, they told us about a cha chaan teng (Hong Kong-style cafe) right across the street. The food there was indeed very good, and it offered a great glimpse into Macao's nightlife.

The room was exquisite, and the front desk staff, especially Stacy, Erica, Emily, Delia, and Wilson, were incredibly warm and provided excellent, thoughtful service. The hotel itself is fantastic, equipped with Dyson amenities, a coffee machine, and a smart toilet. I'll definitely be back.
