Мы благодарим отель за заботливость и участие персонала, чистоту в номерах и хамам. Удивительное разнообразие завтраков. Прекрасный ресторан и внимательные официанты на 10 этаже отеля - ресторан на веранде. У моей подруги в дни прибывания был ДР и было приятно получить презент - свежие венские вафли с традиционным шариком мороженного на завтрак. Мы довольны пребыванием. ... А из окна нашего номера ночью была видна неоновая реклама на улице Казака) и наг просторный номер мы называли наш маленький Лас Вегас) Спасибо за прием. Единственное пожелание - побольше тюбиков шампуня)

Прекрасный ремонт, каждый номер оформлен в своем стиле! Персонал достоин самой высокой оценки! Уборка отличная! В номере есть все необходимое, гладильные доски на этаже. Гостеприимные администратор и управляющий! Завтрак подавали (по нашей просьбе) раньше на час, очень вкусный, есть из чего выбрать! Стоянка входит в стоимость, что очень удобно. Мы отдыхали в компании друзей и все остались очень довольны! Спасибо огромное!! Здесь работают неравнодушные люди, которые любят свою работу и с огромным уважением относятся к гостям.

Отель оправдал ожидания. Чисто. Уютно. Завтраки не слишком разнообразные, но вкусные, и голодными мы не уходили. Номер стандартный. Белье качественное. Полотенец достаточно. Убирались регулярно. В номере чашки, на этаже кулер. Есть балкончик со стулом. Действительно, рядом озеро, правда, оно немного грустное. Очень милые дамы на рецепшн. К отелю вообще никаких претензий.

There is a smooth room on one floor. In the hotel delicious, saturated breakfasts, the portion is large enough for one. On the street on the territory of the hotel cafe, the chess are cooking – fingers will licks. In one building with the hotel there are universals and pharmacy, small supermarkets are available in step-by-step. The city beach is 30 minutes walk to the center and city beach, the stop is near and you can reach the route. On the other hand, the Dragon Park, on the territory of Lake Ak-Geol. From the downsides – if the windows come to Peter I Avenue, it will be very noisy until late at night, the speed of Internet connection is weak in the hotel.

Гостиница новая, чистая. Всё было бы отлично, если бы не маловажное для туриста и человека, находящегося в рабочей поездке, НО.... Это невовремя подающиеся завтраки. Очень долгая подача. Я ждала по часу без преувеличения! Пришла в 8.30 заказала сразу и ждала 60минут. Некоторые гости, не дожидаясь, уходили. Некоторые не могли дождаться только части заявленного и выбранного. Считаю, что сразу нужно заявлять, что завтраков нет или решить проблему с долгим приготовлением. 2 утра были моими рабочими днями-1 день встреча первая была назначена на 10 часов-смогли позавтракать только после 9.30, во второй день-мой коллега не дождался блинчиков-40мин готовились, в третье утро-не завтракала, был ранний выезд на экскурсию, на 4й-выездной день мне нужно было в аэропорт, рано утром поехала на рынок, в 8.30 вернулась и сразу, не поднимаясь в номер, пришла с покупками прямо на завтрак, надеясь, что закажу сразу и быстро покушаю...но завтрак мне принесли только в 9.30! И я была не одна такая, хотя всего там 6 столов. Повторюсь, гостиница новая, но с завтраками проблема. На фото оставленный завтрак рядом сидящего и не выдержавшего долгого ожидания мужчины.
