Excellent behavior of the staffs, especially the women staffs at reception. Cleaning staffs are well behaved, they have responded immediately to take action to clean the room and the bathroom. Location wise this hotel is good. In terms of cleanliness, they should focus more. Bathroom remains wet due to the flat floor. I would strongly recommend this hotel for the pilgrims visiting Makkah for Umrah and Hajj.
Nice hotel, No issues at all, location is not bad only 10 min walk to makkah tower. Bathroom is not well maintained, overall its ok but if you go in detail you will find lots of issues. Which i think is the problem in every hotel dosent matter how much you are paying.

This hotel is located within king abdulaziz WAQF, Makkah clock towers. Its few meters from the holy mosque
There is public transportation at the basement
Hotel staff we very friendly and ready to help with a big smile on their faces. I enjoyed an early check in (which was rejected via the app ) prize still above average since its a 5 star hotel and located just few meters away from Almasij alharam
Totally as expected. A 5 star hotel. Check in was smooth, the staff were polite. Cleanliness was perfect. Location is superb. There's a separate lift to go down to Haram, so you dont have to join the crowd from other hotels in the clock tower.
Breakfast was excellent. They even have special kids buffet area during friday/saturday
Security staff, specifically the younger ones are quite rude. They aggressively single you out if you don't look stereotypically wealthy and demand your hotel card at C level.
The pictures here are after I told them to clean the bathroom. Not sure what the cleanliness standard is at this hotel when it comes to bathrooms.
I also pointed out to what looks like an insect breading nest, the cleaner spinner me a story and said it was paint.
Now that I've got the negatives out of the way. We lived the location. The room itself was up to standard, just one day, I had to call numerous times to get it cleaned.
The food at the restaurants were top quality. Really enjoyed it.
