Very beautiful apartment, highly recommended! There're a few cafes nearby, getting breakfast was no problem. Directly below is Coop (supermarket), super convenient! Its around 15mins walk to the central station but very nice walk. Smart TV. Maybe have English instructions in the laundry room because everything was in swedish which I didnt understand (had to ask someone for help). The booking laundry key wasnt in the room, not sure where it was. Took me awhile to check in because I didnt know my unit number was the first 3 digit of the 7 numbers.. maybe could have put inside the email. No shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

For the price, no complaints For the price, it's was great. Exactly what I needed for 1 night. No complaints. Very easy check in, they email the door code in advance, and give all the details of getting the key. the key collection box was very cool! The room was clean, bedding and linen provided. Really spacious apparently. Not too far from the train and bus station. Only one minor issue is you can hear the other people's doors shutting and its quite loud, a few times I thought it was my door, but i felt pretty safe and secure. Bed was comfortable but nothing extraordinary. Like I said, for the price it was really great value

There was no soap provided—how are travelers supposed to clean up? It’s a basic necessity. Even charging an extra $2 or $3 would be fine, but it should be included. Otherwise, it’s very inconvenient for guests.

Nice to stay in an apartment, but could improve A bit cumbersome to get the keys, so in had to get in touch with the support. Glad their emergency line was manned at the late hour, otherwise it’s be difficult to find my way in. Please note that their automated menu is in Swedish, and this is where you have to choose to be connected to the emergency line. I had not received a code to get in through the main entrance, and there were no instructions on where to find the apartment (there are some ground floor apartments outside of the main entrance. I also had a dirty towel in my apartment, but there was another clean one to pick instead. The toilet paper holder was glued on place, so that broke. Furthermore, it is placed way too close to the toilet seat for it to be hygienic not to discard the roll and start fresh (especially if someone has done their deeds standing up). All in all, however, I enjoyed my stay. It’s nice to stay at an apartment where one can cook instead of a hotel.
