Coco Plum Beach & Tennis Club & Marina

We wanted quiet and on the beach and this place delivered. Our villa had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Parking was easy and each car had a tag to display. There were charcoal grills on-site. No need to buy any supplies for the grill they had them right on-site, you just need to buy your food. The villa was clean and while a little dated, it didn’t matter because we had a great time. Each unit is elevated with a washer, dryer, trash and storage located underneath. The main floor has a sitting area, desk if you want to bring some work ( but who needs to work on paradise), a table for 6, the kitchen and access to a huge screened in porch. The porch has a table and chairs, lots of space for your pool floats, rocking chair and a few loungers. We used this space the most heading out every morning to have coffee and ending every night listening to the water. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need including dish soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags (if you need more they are by the office), towels and so much more. It’s a little tight for more than two people but the pass through to the porch was convenient. The spiral staircase takes a little getting used to but no issue for us. There is a little table and chairs upstairs and and a living room with seating for 5. The couch pulls out to a bed. One bathroom is located off the living room and the other in one of the bedrooms. The bedrooms were spacious and plenty of drawer and closet space. The laundry baskets in the closet were a nice surprise and convenient to take towels down to the washer. The pool was rarely busy and some days we had to ourself for an hour or two. The beach had chairs in the shade or sun you could sit. They provided a great spot to watch the sun rise or to look at the moon. The hot tub is powerful but a nice treat after a day doing water sports. We can’t say enough about how kind the staff was and how much we enjoyed our stay. My kids are already asking to stay again next year.

Once again, happy to return to Cocoplum Beach & Tennis Club & Marina in Marathon, FL. The absolute best in the Florida Keys! We drove and trailered the boat. From the marina it's a mere 10 minutes to the Atlantic Ocean. The resort beach was spectacular and the resort pool, which is steps away, breathtaking. Rooms are spacious, fully equipped with all of the home amenities including W/D and deep freezer for the fishing aficionado's daily catch. Looking forward to our return in 2024!

Our stay at CoCo Plum Beach & Tennis Club was AMAZING! Each suite is a separate unit with two spacious floors connected by a spiral staircase and a full wrap-around screened in porch. There is plenty of room, as well as privacy from other guests, along with a full kitchen, dining room, up to date appliances, and the list goes on. All this just steps from a gorgeous private beach! I’m already planning my trip for next year!

So enjoyed our stay. Loved the size of the property and we had the beach almost to ourselves. Nice pool and friendly staff. Very quiet. If you have trouble with stairs, this is not the place for you but for us, it was perfect. We hope to visit again soon!

This place was perfect for my family of five with three young children. It’s a no frills place, so if you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t the place for you. It was perfect for us as it has a fully working kitchen which allowed us to eat-in two meals per day. It was reasonably priced comparative to other options. The pool was fantastic for our kids. The small beach is very easy to access and very quiet. I would not recommend staying here if mobility is an issue for you. Bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs and accessed through a narrow, spiral staircase. That was really the only negative here. We would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful family getaway. The beach was beautiful, the fishing was fun, and pool was fabulous. Perfect relaxing town away from the hustle and bustle of Key West, but close enough for a day trip. Plenty of good restaurants and bars. A great state park near by. The beaches were great!
