- Sem luz no banheiro. - Teto do Banheiro todo remendado no gesso, não condizendo com o padrão do hotel. - Fiquei para fora do apartamento a noite pois acabou a pilha da fechadura e tive que esperar alguém vir de fora para arrumar. Sugiro que os funcionários da noite tenham habilidade para fazer esse tipo de manutenção.

Hotel muito bem localizado, atendimento bom. A vista pra catedral é muito bonita. Quarto amplo e limpo. Café da manhã muito bom. Ressalva para a cama que não é muito confortável, é muito mole. Já me hospedei duas vezes e pretendo voltar pelo custo benefício e localização.

Sou cliente a pelo menos 3 anos, reintero a necessidade de descongelar o freezer dos frigoba, alguns precisam de manutenção. Restaurante: Turnover alto, dificuldade para conseguir nota fiscal do consumo à noite, pratos tiveram uma perda de quantidade e qualidade notável. Treinar melhor a equipe do atendimento do restaurante, só uso para o jantar.

Hotel antigo demais colchões gastos, um ar-condicionado no quarto, ventilador na sala, diária de 235,00 casal , 28 de estacionamento , 80 reais de pet Pelo valor total pago não ficaria novamente. Infelizmente a idade chegou pro hotel Prescisa renovar

Viajamos por 11 horas. Chegamos no hotel às 12 horas conforme havia ficado combinado, tivemos que esperar até às 14:45 horas para fazer check-in numa recepção pequena, sem nenhum conforto, para o tamanho do hotel. Quando chegamos no apartamento o chão estava muito sujo, úmido e grudento, um absurdo. O apartamento é muito bom, porém, fala um aparelho de ar condicionado na sala. Os atendentes muito fracos e não sabem respeitar da forma devida os clientes. Enfim, foi uma experiência horrível, estressante e constrangedora,não indicaria o hotel para ninguém.

Limpeza, quarto espaçoso, bom atendimento e bem localizado. Foram 2 dias maravilhosos. Amei o elevador panorâmico. Muito bom chegar cansado da viagem e tem manobristas que guardam o carro, funcionários que leva as malas ao quarto, enfim recomendo e vou voltar. Ahh gostei do VOCE SABIA... muito interessante essa forma de informativo.
