Royal Mansour Marrakech

Marrakech|0.83km from TBM - The Beautiful Marrakech
Been to Dubai, stayed at the Amaha Desert Hotel and Jumeirah Group Hotel, still feel that this is the best. Everything is as beautiful as the picture. I enjoy a building and the copper lamp is very beautiful. I prefer the one in the toilet. The toiletries are complete and are also packed in delicate cloth bags. The comb is a wooden comb and has a great impression. Health is very good, we refused when there was cleaning service at night, because there is no need. The breakfast is also delicious, the bread dessert is a fragrant, and the dinner is not eaten at dinner. You can try it. The courtyard design is very good. It came out and found beautiful, many beautiful flowers, and very quiet. I have never seen other guests except the restaurant. The hotel can pick up and drop off guests, not to call a taxi. It is the staff of the staff who drive Mercedes Bentley to pick up. The next day we switched to the raid in the wheat field. We had to contact the other party to pick up the phone. As a result, the staff of Mansour were all connected, seamlessly connected and perfect. The most touching thing is that the details show the intention, the signature card, the delicious cake fruit. Since we wanted to change the hotel later, we booked a car at noon. I thought the hotel would remind us to check out. Who knows that there is no such thing. No one reminded me that the check-out time is up. We have to go back to the room at 12:45. Probably also know that I am leaving at 1 o'clock, so I don't remind me, very intimate details.

I stayed 4 nights in the standard room. The room itself was of an average size, with enough storage and shelves. There was also a safe in the room. The bed was named “double” bed, but in fact it was two single beds put toghether. With this “configuration” you can’t sleep on the middle because of the wooden piece underneath. Wi-Fi was fine for my needs. TV had a plenty of channels. Housekeeping was doing a good job. Location wise it was OK. Around 20 min walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa. I also used the public bus #1 to get there and back (an easy ride for 4 dirhams). As you probably already know, there are many restaurants around the hotel in Gueliz area for all budgets and tastes. The breakfast was served in the basement. The selection of dishes was OK, but it would have been much better to have breakfast in the area that had windows. I observed the constant desire of the hotel to sell you something, like tours/excursions/trips and all the things of that nature. Another words, trying to sell you something that you don’t need. The table in my room was covered in different advertisements for these activities, displays in the breakfast area were endlessly showing whatsup contacts and phone numbers of random tour organizers, etc. I felt like it was too much. If I need something, I can either ask or get it myself. And finally, the most important thing. I could not sleep there. Fortunately I had ear plugs with me. I was super noisy, despite me asking for a quiet room and being told I got one. You hear everything – housekeeping working, cars passing by, people talking on the street 24/7. There were taxi drivers at the street corner waiting for passengers, they were there all night, and they were talking non-stop. I could hear everything. Windows are not windows in the common sense but sliding balcony/patio doors with the non-existing soundproofing. It was terrible. I would suggest to look elsewhere.

Hotel Jadali & Spa

We stayed at Jadali for 4 nights and the stay was nothing short of exceptional. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Mehdi, who made us feel right at home, him and the rest of the staff were extremely hospitable through the visit and were always at hand to help with any questions we had, recommendations and bookings. The room was lovely, and the facilities are great, we had a traditional Hamam at the spa which was excellent, and a unique experience. The downstairs pool is incredible, and I suggest making the most of it during your visit. Overall, a terrific hotel, excellent facilities and very hospitable staff. Shout out to Mehdi and the rest of the team!

Advantages: For 2 people, the room is large and the overall space feels open. The breakfast tastes good and the service is good. Disadvantages: There are only 7 rooms, no dinner is provided after 8 o'clock, and there is only one employee on duty during the day and night. In addition, there is no kettle in the room, and there are only two wooden hangers if you don't want to. The final details need attention and improvement: the stool in the room was found to be broken on the day of check-in, which made it dangerous to sit down and turn over easily, but the staff felt it was not important. Although it was replaced later, it affected the overall experience of staying.

Belonging to high-end boutique hotels, the waiters are highly motivated. The double room has a large space and the sanitation facilities are clean and clean. The bedding is also quite soft and comfortable, which is the best night I have ever slept in Morocco. The surrounding dining is fully prepared, and the Chinese food and beverages are delicious. The breakfast experience is also very good, with a wide variety of dishes.

We were both so impressed with how luxurious the hotel was, but most of all how friendly and attentive all the staff were. The cleaners always left our room in an immaculate condition, and the restaurant staff remembered us everyday morning and were charming and funny, especially Rashid. When we were checking out, another female member of staff, Wissal, was incredibly helpful and helped us find the most suitable taxi for us and spoke to the driver to make sure he knew where our Riad was.

Very good hotel, the rooms were spacious and clean and all the staff were very friendly and polite. Especially Kawthar in the reception, who helped us with deciding and arranging a trip to the city of Ouarzazate. Breakfast was good and the hotel was very close to all the city's attractions,in a nice and quiet neighborhood.
