The smile is warm and considerate. In a chaotic environment like Morocco, it is a home-like haven. On the first night, the late-night gangster was about to blackmail, the housekeeper blocked everything for us, and in the hungry night, with a limited raw material, she had a super-ceremonial gorgeous dinner. The favorite night is Marrakech's night, the room is just a few steps to warm up, and the location of the air conditioner remote control reflects the hotel's level of detail for the guests to experience the details. The smell management in the space is also very good, the smell of the smell of the French holiday. I miss you very much~

This hotel is tucked away and very unassuming from the outside. Inside, it’s very quaint and the rooms are large and comfortable. Food is excellent and they have a menu that can accommodate various palettes. The staff is really nice and we’re very attentive. I truly appreciated the entire staff and will definitely recommend others to have a stay here if they are traveling to Marrakech. P.S. take advantage of the country club- just a short tram ride away to experience the quiet and relaxing pool area and cabanas. Staff and food there are excellent and was a very nice surprise. Massage was awesome too

All of people are facing fear of corona including people who work there but they are really helpful and understanding. I’m so satisfied of this stay even I couldn’t go outside of the hotel. I booked the hotel after one of the other reviewers on here kindly answered some questions for me. It was bliss. The room was elegant and comfortable, breakfast buffet had lots of good choices and pool area was a delight. All the staff were lovely too. I’m really surprised at some of the other comments here which say the staff were unhelpful. Maybe it was the stress of operating through covid. For me, after a few days they knew my name, what I like to drink, where I wanted to sit and offered me a very late checkout before I even asked. The only ****** was that you can’t set the air on temperature individually for your room, it’s set for the whole hotel. Ample complimentary bottled water in the room every day. I didn’t use the spa, so can’t comment on that. The restaurant and alcoholic drinks are v expensive, but there are plenty of restaurant choices outside (although only the most expensive serve alcohol). The location is great, just a 15 min stroll to the Djemma El Fna, and 30 mins (or short taxi) to the Jardin Majorelle. All the taxi drivers know where it is too, unlike some of the small riads, if you’ve done so much walking you need to taxi back from somewhere.

Before coming to Marrakech, I had no clue what a Riad was. But this place taught me the real meaning of hospitality. It's a calm oasis in the hectic Medina, where you can chill to bird songs all day long. The massage was a dreamy and having breakfast on the rooftop felt like paradise. The staff and owner are super friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back. This spot is an actual hidden gem in the UNESCO heritage site.

Todo muy bien, nos ha gustado mucho, el RIAD es nuevo, y recomendamos el RIAD. Es muy tranquilo, esta muy bien decorado, muy bonito todo. Y esta bastante cerca de la medina. Es un poco difícil encontrarlo, pero la ubicación de google es exacta. Si pillas un taxi, te deja el taxi a unos 300 metros, tiras por una calle peatonal paralela a la muralla, y luego una calle estrecha a la izquierda donde hay una puerta de madera al final, y listo, llegas rápido.

I am here now, leaving tomorrow after four nights here. I am so impressed with how much the guys here do to make us feel at home. They have made our time in Marrakech seem like we are staying with family. They are always willing and happy to help. Iberia Airlines lost all three of our suitcases, which doesn’t tend to put a person in a good mood, but the guys here have shown us so much kindness and hospitality that I would never stay anywhere else in Marrakech. The riad is located a short walk from the main square where there is always a lot going on. The staff here arranged our ride from the airport and we are glad they did. The old town is such a labyrinth of streets and alleyways that we would never have found it on our own. But that slight distance is one of the benefits here- an island of calm in a hive of activity. You will love the breakfasts here. Every day, a little different. Eggs, three types of bread with homemade jams, orange juice, tea or coffee ( good coffee) , fruit, etc I can just say that we will always appreciate how well we were treated her. Thanks to everyone.

Riad Clementine exceeded our expectations. Spotlessly clean oasis in the magical and chaotic medina. Each room is a private hideaway off the orange tree filled courtyard. Our group had rooms on the upper two levels and loved them. Went with our adult sons and their girlfriends and other family. The staff is excellent. Riad Clementine understands hospitality. Manager Ahmed makes you feel at home and is a big help in navigating Marrakesh. You'll love the delicious and delightful breakfast set out for you each morning. They'll even accommodate your desire for evening cocktails. We considered staying at Pestana CR7 in the posh section of town but are so glad we chose Riad Clementine.

Very beautiful and very clean Moroccan B&B, the owner's family of four great friendship and enthusiasm, the three-story building is like a palace, the whole building is full of hand-cut polished mosaics and plaster carvings, ingenious.
