The good: They are a new hotel so there are some glitches but it was such an amazing stay, all can be forgiven. The hotel is run by amazing people!!! The bad: Because the location is a bit far away, I definitely wanted to to book with dinner but Booking.com did not offer the 2 meal option like some other places on the island. However, their own website did so I booked through them. I wanted to change room options afterward and wrote to them but they did not respond. Nor was I able to navigate the site to cancel or change the reservation. They also offered a shuttle from the ferry terminal but it wasn't made that obvious so I never bothered calling for it. The walk is fine once you know where it is but we got a bit lost missing the road up the hill. This place will book up quickly so reserve ahead.

リ―ガホテルを名乗っているから、期待して宿泊しましたが、がっかりさせられました。まず浴槽の縁に前宿泊者の髪の毛が束ねられたまま放置。お湯を張って入浴する際に気付いたので、ギョッとしました。清掃は何を見てるんですか。ダブルチェックぐらいしないのですか。ホテルとしてサービス以前の信用問題です。次に朝食の際、素人以下の従業員がテンパっていて、席に案内されるまで私を含め4人が10分近く入り口で待たされました。まともなオペレーションをできるようになってから現場に出すべきでサービスの価値ZEROです。朝から気分悪くなりました。朝食も見た目は良いのですが、味は吉野家の朝食以下でした。

There’s a convenience store located next door but not a lot of choices nearby for meals. We had to walk almost a kilometer to a restaurant that we wanted to try. The breakfast buffet was simple but sufficient and it was not crowded. There’s a coffee machine that you can use anytime. There is a family floor that has a microwave and a kitchen that can be used. They offer some instant noodles after 930 pm.

The hotel is very new, although the room is not big. But I can still barely open two large boxes. The staff's service is good. The hot spring on the top floor is very comfortable and there are not many people. There are ice creams to eat and ramen noodles for midnight snacks. When you are tired from shopping, take a dip, it is really healing. The transportation is also very convenient, it only takes two minutes to walk to the station. It's only a few stops away from JR.
