The location is off the downtown area and a sort of resort, so it is not centralize and slightly inconvenient. There are some restaurants and convenience stores nearby if you need to buy anything. Rooms are clean but there were some insects around as it is located on a hill area. However, overseas credit card such as American Express, Visa and Mastercard cannot be used.

説實話房間還行 挺大 傢俱看起來也是用心了 可是有點潮 臨街很吵 還好晚上也沒啥活動 早上七點多可能有人陸續吃飯或者退房 吵的很 入住的酒店需要在國際大酒店辦入住和吃飯 問前台接我們的車是不是明天還在車裡等 一個直接不理我讓旁邊的人回答 另一個明顯沒聽懂 還來句可以啊 我們可以開到門口 然後那個演出也就半小時左右吧 前面先展示一個藝術家的作品 自由選擇是否購買 演出的時候就無語了 座位前面的是小長凳或者椅子 以為先到先得好位置 結果快開場一堆人挪到前面還抽煙 感覺酒店高估了遊客素質 要不還是固定座位吧 吃飯的選擇有限 一定要在表演結束前解決 我們中途走了選擇吃麪 其實吃的也不慢 感覺耽誤他們下班了 老過來看 感覺整個景區體驗不是很好 入住和退房的擺渡車倒是接送很快

房間比較潮的感覺，進去一股潮味，有點失望，加上在前台被登記的服務員不耐煩的態度影響了一整天的心情跟運氣……真的好衰的感覺！對，遇到一個前台態度很差，後來我直接找另一個服務員諮詢才過去酒店那裡先放東西，本來早早過來想着先登記放東西再一家人出去逛逛，被她愛答不理的態度搞得快中午了，沒得逛就衹能先吃午餐，結果景區內又找了一家名叫“麪點餐廳”的坑王，大家千萬避坑這家店，又貴又不好吃，真不知道這樣的人怎麼能開店……很生氣地回去午睡醒來發現電閃雷鳴……直到晚上，所以不夜城也取消了，夜景啥也沒有了更不要説活動了！
Ps:晚上我們出去吃的，在萬達對面有一家“阿具客家菜”非常推薦，每個菜品家人都説好吃，算是一整天唯一的安慰了，第二天起來幸虧天氣還不錯，先去名家菜館吃了自助早餐，這家店的自助早餐挺不錯的，終於在景區內吃到正宗的醃麪，玉米也好吃，種類也還可以，總之能吃得滿足。吃完就爬到山頂去了，環境是挺不錯，但比想象中小，總覺得應該很大，走起來也還好。可能之前去長隆體驗感覺比較好，覺得家裡旅遊業還是不那麼完善，但是最起碼的態度得端正吧，畢竟來旅遊都是想放鬆的，不是過來受氣的

體感極差，服務跟不上，住在半山別墅極不方便，吃個早餐來回電瓶車都要一個多小時，多次投訴都得不到解決，早點用餐點擁擠不堪，站着吃還要找個角落，大堂迎賓態度不耐煩，停車位沒人管理，形成亂停亂放的現象，保證不了住客的車輛停放，再也不想來第二次

客家小鎮身高120內的小朋友不用門票坐車和玻璃橋那些也不用錢的。就別文字遊戲説送1小門票了還標着1.2m內笑死了，然後進客家小鎮走路的話有條近路，往上面表演的地方和山頂不遠的，坐車上去的話開的是遠路，在客天下有訂房是一個人30元沒訂房是50，梅州綠化很好，親子美墅自己開車難找，還好有問了一下是得到國際大酒店那裡才有前台服務登記，專車接送過去才找得到，在親子酒店住全靠電話溝通樓下沒前台。酒店附近建築好看可以拍拍照，後面走下去就是威尼斯。送的自助餐還算豐富的，沒送的話小孩要48，身高超120要68就不值得了，而且現在老街那邊沒啥好逛的，好多店沒開，比較失望～
