We arrived late at night & our room seemed ok; but then after both of us coughing all night long & trouble breathing. We heard another guest complain of the same issue. The motel changed our room two more times & finally the smell was ok, but the room was in need of repairs. I wish I could trust ******* to not support such rooms. Very disappointed ******* customer.

The pool had no heat in the water. Just cold room temp. We were charged $5.00 for a hot ordered breakfast but the cook didn't show up. We were served a cold breakfast and told to keep the breakfast coupon.

Very loud crowd at this hotel. Glad I had earplugs and headphones. No microwave in room - guess I didn’t look close enough at details but figured that was a given for all hotels. Hot tub was gross 😬 stuff floating in it and a milky color.
Lobby was super clean and welcoming but everything else was sub par.

Ironing board, no iron; breakfast & coffee is completely gone by 10am not replenished; people stating next door kept us up until 3am - called front desk 3x to complain no answer; apparently they have security at 10 pm but no where to be found

I like the convenience of this place. The staff is always friendly.
We have noticed it is less tidy than Han it used to be; some trash in the elevator, and the hot tub was very cloudy, the jets don’t work. When we were in the pool area someone came and just poured some chemical in it. I’ve owned a hot tub and I know it should be tested and the chlorine should be measured. The chlorine also should be agitated in the tub-working jets would help-to be most effective. I would think with a heavy use tub this would be even more important.

The staff!!! The front desk person was helpful, kind and hilarious! The gentleman who served breakfast was polite, kind and remembered that we said we would be sharing the fruit and toast - so he took the time to split those items out, prior to bringing to our table. It’s the little things that count!

Was so sad when we were told the restaurant was closed. The bartender made an amazing Sangria! Our door didnt open or close easily, had to pull it closed.

My daughter and I were going to stay the night here after seeing Disney on Ice. The hotel was not clean, things were broke in our room, the pool was gross, the restaurant wasn’t open and we did not feel safe. We were going to stay but when we got back from dinner there were four cop cars at the main entrance. This solidified my decision to leave the premise with my child and we did not stay the night…nor would I recommend this place to anyone
