The service was very poor. There were no security guards or porters. I asked at the front desk and found out that there was an indoor parking lot. Because there were few guests, the front desk said that they could not open the buffet breakfast and each person was given a portion. Who knew that the side dishes served were pitifully few, a small bowl of millet porridge with watery soup, and no refills were allowed (the amount in the picture was for two people). The room rate for two days was 1,226 yuan. It was speechless that the hotel saved money to this extent. I stayed for two nights. On the last morning, I asked the waiter for two bottles of mineral water. The waiter directly said that they would not give them to me when I checked out today.

The appearance of the hotel is very grand in the village. The suite we booked is very cost-effective during holidays. The loft room type has 2 large beds and can accommodate 4 people. Bedding is clean and tidy The front desk service is also good and very welcoming. Breakfast is basically stir-fried vegetables. There are many varieties to keep you full. Don’t ask for too much. There is no Western-style bread and butter or American-style bread.

The hotel in Arctic Village has a good environment. The lobby is very warm. The parking lot is large. Eating at the door is very convenient. It is just next to Seven Stars Square. The room is large and spacious. There are soaps in the washbasin and shower room. Very thoughtful. Because the room is very big and the bed is far away from the TV, it is a bit difficult to watch TV. The room downstairs on the north side looks like a construction site with people always walking around. It feels very unsafe and very noisy. The sound insulation of the room is not good. Any sound from the corridor can be heard clearly in the room. There are very few types of breakfast, only stir-fried dishes, no eggs, and not many seats. When checking out, I had to wait for ward rounds. The floor attendant was a bit slow and I had to wait for a while. The overall price compared to the check-in experience was not very cost-effective.

A high-end hotel opened by the local richest man, the hotel feels like our Dongguan hotel, magnificent. The best local hotel is next to Arctic Village Square and across from Heilongjiang. Recommend the hotel opposite this store.

The town is not big, the Suojin Hotel has a good location, good hardware facilities, and a clean and comfortable bathroom. You can see the beautiful sunset from the window. The Arctic Village is a very interesting place.

The scenic spot said that you only need to report 20 minutes in advance, but when you arrived at the scenic spot, the people said that the hotel would not pick you up and let you in. I called and waited for more than 20 minutes before someone came to pick you up. The farmhouse next door also had people pick you up in advance. I feel that the service of this so-called four-star hotel is not as good as that of the farmhouse. The same was true when I checked in at the hotel. The family duplex with a 1.5-meter bed given on Ctrip turned out to be a 1.5-meter bed. I went to the front desk to argue before they changed it. The room facilities are average, and the check-in experience does not feel like a four-star hotel.
