"This is my second time staying in Youran Mountain residences. I strongly recommend all tourists to check-in to this place when you are in Mohe Beiji Village. The boss is extremely friendly and helpful and the wife cook very well. "Wow, the room was amazing! My partner and I were picked up by the guesthouse owner after getting off the bus. When we booked, only one bathtub room was left, but when we arrived, the owner said a room with a view was available and I could choose! ๐ I immediately chose the view room, and it was breathtaking! There was a huge snowy view outside for taking photos, and we could even play with the hoop!"

"When checking out, the front desk lady even gave me a small gift โ she was so warm and friendly. All the staff in the hotel would greet guests whenever they saw them. My personal suggestion for the room would be to add a humidifier, as the underfloor heating in the north makes it quite dry."

The hotel is located on Mokou Old Street. The owner has developed a comprehensive mixed-use complex encompassing lodging, dining, entertainment, and tourism, complete with a Mohe County Yamen, a food street, and various bars. It's set for a grand opening soon. The overall planning and design are quite impressive; it's clear the owner has invested heavily and put in a great deal of effort.
However, the attention to detail is severely lacking. For instance, the shower stall was leaking. While they advertise a laundry room, there was no detergent, and the room itself was tucked away in an obscure corner, piled high with the hotel's soiled linens โ a stark contrast to the well-maintained laundry facilities at chain hotels like Atour or Hanting.
The service staff appeared undertrained. At breakfast, the plates were wet, and there wasn't much appealing food available. I took two eggs, but a staff member immediately stopped me, stating only one egg per person. This kind of restriction is frankly unacceptable for a hotel priced at over 400 RMB.
For lunch, I ordered the 'Stewed Chicken with Mushrooms' and found it to be predominantly chicken necks. To top it off, there were flies buzzing around in the dining area.
I truly hope the owner dedicates more effort to improving service quality, beyond just the significant investment in hardware. I had originally planned to stay for several more days, but the poor service truly put me off. I ended up checking out after just one night.

Service: There is no service at all. The temperature in Mohe is more than ten degrees below zero in the middle of the night. Let the guests go to get the water by themselves. After all, they are still young. They called and said that they would go to the green train to get the water. No one arrived. It was too cold. The nose was frozen when I breathed. A phone was posted on the green train door. I took a photo and ran back. I called the room and asked myself to get it. I ran again. At nine o'clock the next day, the cleaning aunt pushed the door directly in when I locked the door. Seeing that I was bare-assed on the bed, I quickly went out again, and there were small animals barking in the isolation layer of the wall. I don't know if it's a rat.

From a terrifying night to a heartwarming cabin: My adventure in Beiji Village began with a negative review of my accommodation experience. Who could have imagined that the first day's check-in, with its unsafe โfront desk roomโ and even a stranger breaking into the room, would have been so disheartening? That feeling of isolation and lingering fear could easily ruin any impression of a place. But luckily, we found this place! A huge thank you to the owner for the exceptional service and impeccable amenities. The rustic charm was incredibly soothing: the room was authentically rustic, the solid wood furniture exuding a natural fragrance, and the warm yellow lighting instantly dispelled the winter chill. The bedding was soft and comfortable, feeling like being enveloped in warmth. Outside the window was a tranquil snowscape; drawing back the curtains revealed a fairytale world. Every detail here showed thoughtful design and taste, instantly relaxing me. This trip to Beiji Village was like an emotional rollercoaster. From the fear and anger of the first day to the peace andๆๅจ of the second, the contrast was immense. Although the beginning was a bit thrilling, the ending was beautiful. Thank you, Linyun Mountain and Water Hotel, for healing me with your warmth. I hope that everyone who goes to the Arctic Village can avoid those pitfalls and stay in their own warm wooden cabin.

QQueen19โDon't judge a book by its cover.โ This saying is truly accurate to the houses in the village. They appear to transport you back to a time when homes were constructed with simple materials. The outside really showed the actual village style from a long time ago; however, what was more interesting was the modernization of the interior designs inside the house. The Arctic Village definitely reminded me of the simplicity of earlier eras. Moreover, people there were really nice. And to auntie and uncle, who were the best hosts, thank you so much for your kindness. I really appreciate the bbq and the experience of eating breakfast with the Chinese people. I will definitely comeback in the future. To those who wish to stay comfortably while traveling. I heartily recommend this place.Wish you all the best. Until we meet again ๐

There are 2 cute dogs (one of the dog's name is Andy) which are also super friendly. I really enjoy my time there. I can also throw hot water in the morning for free nearby this house. The location is great as I can walk to the Village centre within 10 minutes. The room is warm and cosy. This is my first time in Mohe Arctic village. I enjoy staying here and would like to revisit later if I have a chance.

GGuest UserMe and my sister really happy stayed here. The room is spacious and clean, the location is strategic, it is near to attraction places like Beiji Square. What I am happy the most is the kindness from the owners, the laoban jie and the laoban gen are so nice, gave us fruits from their own garden and also drove us to the strategic spot for aurora hunting though it was said that the aurora wonโt be appeared based on the forecast, but they still helped us so that we donโt have any regrets after a long trip to get to Mohe. I am so happy to live there, definitely will stay here again when I come back to Mohe. Such a lovely place with lovely people :)
