Even after reaching the navigation point, it was almost impossible to find this place without someone who spoke Russian to call them, as the store name simply doesn't exist.

I called the hotel six times. It's hard to get through. The location is even harder to find. The name doesn't match. It's stuffy and noisy because of the children, even though I booked the hotel precisely because of the sign that says children are not allowed.

I liked everything, the hotel is located in the center of Moscow next to the metro, the staff is friendly, the food is good, it is clean, I will recommend it to friends,

It has public restrooms and showers, no private bathrooms or showers, the rooms are small, and the hygiene isn't great. I suggest increasing your budget to stay somewhere better.

We wrote earlier that the tourist had claustrophobia. We asked for a room with a window for an extra fee. They remained silent for a week. Finally, they replied that they couldn't issue a refund, even with a window, even for an extra fee. A disappointing experience. The rooms are very small.

This was my favorite hotel during my trip to Russia! I watched the local news with the receptionist, who was very friendly and spoke some English. He proactively gave me the Wi-Fi password and helped me store my luggage. There were even cookies in the room to try. The price was reasonable, and it was very close to the metro station and Leningradsky Railway Station. It was a little hidden, though; you can refer to the directions in another review to find the hotel.
