1. **Stunning Design Aesthetic, Picture-Perfect**
The hotel features a minimalist Mediterranean white house style, scattered across the hillside overlooking the sea. The gardens, terraces, beachfront promenade, and public areas all boast excellent aesthetics, making almost every casual shot a stunning seascape. The ambiance is absolutely superb.
2. **Comfortable Room Experience**
The rooms are spacious with an open layout, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The balcony directly faces Nai Harn Beach, offering expansive views, allowing you to enjoy the sea from your bed. It provides a strong sense of relaxation.
3. **Secluded Location**
Free from the hustle and bustle of Patong, the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The surroundings are quiet, making it ideal for those who want to escape the crowds and enjoy a relaxed vacation.
⚠️ Cons
1. **Poor Room Allocation at Check-in**
This time, the front desk randomly assigned us to a room at the very end of the building, requiring a long walk down the corridor to get to our room. This significantly detracted from the check-in experience. I recommend requesting to avoid end rooms when booking.
2. **Mediocre Breakfast Experience**
The breakfast selection is limited, and the dishes are ordinary, mostly Western-style, with a narrow range of options. It doesn't meet the dining standards of resorts in the same category.
3. **Lack of Recreational Facilities**
The complex only has one public swimming pool, which is quite small and lacks distinctive design. There's a shortage of diverse recreational facilities, making it unsuitable for families with children.
4. **High Transportation Costs**
While not overly remote, the hotel is located in the southern mountainous area. Traveling to and from the city center and shopping districts requires a taxi, leading to relatively high daily transportation expenses. There are also few surrounding shops and amenities.

feeonnaaaEnjoyed our 3 nights at Noku Phuket! The front desk and bell team were absolutely lovely during our time here, and we had a complimentary upgrade to the room with the whirlpool in our balcony! Loved that the room was super spacious, and there were dual sinks in the bathroom. Location was pretty far but they provided complimentary shuttles to Phuket town too!
Didn’t manage to explore the breakfast, dining and spa offerings during this stay!
It would be good if the hotel could look into improving their flooring (there were some gaps & there was even a piece of wood sticking out and was a hazard). The linen was really thin and not fitting of 5 star standard, which was a shame as the hotel was really pretty! But overall still a highly recommended stay!

Anonymous UserWe really enjoyed our stay here. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and it was lovely to relax there after a day out. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and Kevin kindly helped us book Phi-phi island trip through the hotel, for which we also received a 10% discount. Everyone was genuinely keen to assist whenever we needed anything. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

This hotel was amazing, it was infront of the beach and had amazing rooms and staff. Everybody was quick to help with anything and we wished we could’ve stayed longer for sure. This hotel was quite family friendly as well!
If you’re looking for a place to relax a bit away from the center this is the place. Me and my friends just wanted to enjoy the beach and relax so we chose this place a bit further away from town. However it’s just 20-30 min away from town so it’s not that far.
The breakfast buffet was amazing! So many options, both American and Thai breakfast.

Guest UserI stayed here again after more than a year, and this time the family room on the 4th floor had a great view! Absolutely perfect! That's a big plus.
The hotel is undoubtedly beautiful, and the check-in service was good. There were staff who spoke a little Chinese, though the official service language is mostly English.
However, I did have a slightly different experience this time. I tried both early and late breakfast shifts. After the staff seated us, they rarely reappeared. If we wanted tea, we had to call someone over. Typically, at a hotel of this star rating, they usually ask about tea as soon as you sit down, don't they? Did their SOP change, or am I just expecting too much?
Also, the bedsheet in the room already had a hole in it, which was a bit awkward. It didn't affect my sleep, so I didn't report it or take a picture.
I found the food excellent. The ingredients and the taste of the dishes were very much to our liking. The only thing is that the two-course dinner per person was a bit too much; my small appetite couldn't finish it all, and it felt wasteful.
This year, it's either starting with two meals or nothing at all, which is quite inconvenient. I prefer having breakfast included and then ordering dinner à la carte.
Nevertheless, the price this year was very reasonable. I double-checked everything before departure and resolved some issues happily with Trip.com. That was pretty good!

lorelieestremosVery elegant hotel indeed. Convenient to restaurants, pharmacies, markets, 7/11 and all. Walking distance to Patong beach. Enjoyed my stay with a very comfortable and clean room, accommodating staff and a beautiful view from the rooftop pool. Highly recommended!!

mariascapesIf youre looking for a sleek, ultra modern 5 star resort, this may not be for you. But if you want authentic Thai hospitality, traditional Thai-inspired architecture, lush tropical surroundings, and a peaceful beachfront escape, this resort is absolutely worth it.
I stayed here as a solo traveler and had one of the most relaxing stays Ive experienced. Its also perfect for couples, honeymooners, and families.
I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view hillside cottage even though I booked one of the more affordable room categories. The private beach was the main reason I chose this resort and it was exactly what I was looking for, quiet, uncrowded, and perfect for relaxing. I also loved the petting zoo, the beautiful pool, and the delicious food. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful.
Special thanks to Ms. Chuty and Ms. Kat at the front desk for making our stay even more memorable. They assisted us during checkout, kindly reminded us about a few belongings we had accidentally left in the room without ever making us feel rushed, and even allowed us to extend our stay until 12:30 PM, which we truly appreciated. Since our flight was later in the afternoon, they also arranged lounge access so we could comfortably wait in an airconditioned area until it was time to leave. Their kindness and thoughtfulness really reflected the genuine hospitality of the resort.
I also appreciated the complimentary refreshments in the lobby, the beach bag provided for guests, the convenient buggy service, and the fact that ordering GrabFood was easy.
My only suggestion would be to upgrade the TVs to Smart TVs. Other than that, everything exceeded my expectations. This resort may not be the newest, but it’s clean, wellmaintained, peaceful, and full of character. If you appreciate nature, privacy, and heartfelt service over ultra modern luxury, you’ll absolutely love staying here.
Thank you Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa for making my birth truly a special and memorable. ♥️

Guest UserThis was a truly terrible experience. We had booked two family rooms, but due to a strange odor at the International Hotel we originally booked, we ended up reserving this hotel at the last minute. We booked family rooms, which are generally understood to not incur extra charges for adding beds. However, at check-in, the front desk tried to charge me an additional (1177 * 2 * 2) * 2 = 9416 for two children for two days! Given the chaotic situation that day, I reluctantly agreed to pay 4708 just to get us checked in quickly, as the kids were exhausted. Later, because of these unfair charges, I spoke with the front desk again, and they ended up charging us over 5000 Thai Baht (even charging half price for a 7-year-old!). I requested a receipt and contacted Trip.com, and they eventually refunded me. (Be careful, they overcharge randomly!)

Budget Hotel - Good for Short Stay but Overpriced for what it is.
This hotel is very basic for the price and I found prices fluctuate alot on this hotel During low season. I found for the price there are better hotels in the area thats even closer to the beach with more amenities.
RESTAURANT & POOL AREA
The pool area is beautiful and during my stay here the pool area was always neat and tidy with a small in-house restaurant on tue right.
BREAKFASTS
The breakfast menu is basic but suitable and in accordance with the price. I enjoyed the plain breakfasts and warm hospitality
ROOM SERVICE
Daily room service is available at this hotel. Water and coffee with sugar and tea is provided in the rooms. I was given a welcome drink on arrival in a wooden cup. It was lovely. Room will not be cleaned or water replaced unless you ask for it.
ROOMS
If you stay here I recommend the rooms with the pool view. The City view isn't so great.
Rooms are large with a little more compact bathroom but amazing baths but in my room the water pressure wasn't so great. The geysers is on controlled temperature. The water doesnt get boiling hot here. But its a good temperature
The room is comfortable and if curtains are closed its rather dark. Furnished with dark wooden furniture but comfortable bed and smart tv where you can stream on your own subscription. I liked that.
You will have:
Fridge
Kettle, cups and glasses
Plenty of packing and cupboard space
Bed side Tables and lamps
Towels
Bedding was comfortable
AIRCONDITIONING
Mine was a little noisy but not intolerable and cooled nicely but had a little leak, be careful if the floor is wet its insanely slippery so use the bath mat. Aircons are very old.
LOCATION
The hotel is on a hill so to walk to the nearby shops and such can be a mission but they do have bike rentals at THB180 and a shuttle bus that takes you one way to the beach round 11 daily and coning back will be at your own cost.
I felt it was a little far from all the major attractions and that it is in need of renovation especially outside paint work areas. The overall hotel is good I just felt for its location, basic menu, and old furnishings with the busy and sometimes noisy restaurants that its a kittle overpriced for what it actually is.
PESTS
Hotel has a serious ant problem. I am neat and tidy and nothing worked ants took over my room. Also get a mosquito 🦟 repellent as you next to a lake and the mozzies here are like little dragons.
I do recommend this hotel but consider your surroundings and rent a bike for traveling around then it will be a comfortable stay.
DEPOSIT
The hotel requests a 500Baht Deposit or they hold your passport.

Spectacular views of the sea from the rooms make this resort a winner for feelings of peace and solitude. My room included a ceiling fan and a separate rain shower next to the bath tub. A massive free breakfast buffet starts the day for most guests, with changing options on a daily basis. Before breakfast I walked down the steep driveway to the private beach to swim either in the sea or the small pool next to it. At 7 am there is nobody around. One morning I took out a kayak (one hour free) which had stunning panoramic views. There are two swimming pools by the resort’s main building and both are delightful for swimming and relaxing.
Nothing much to do in the evening and the TV channel selection could be expanded with movie channels (e.g., HBO, Cinemax), educational channels like Discovery Asia, and nature channels like BBC Earth and Love Nature. I partook in a 90 minute herbal pack massage which was a bit pricy but very professional. Both lunch and dinner menus have sufficient variety of dishes and food quality was good. Staff were always helpful. In summary, Supalai Scenic Bay Resort is a wonderfully serene experience at a very reasonable room price.
