Mountain view Hotels in Phuket

The room had a strong musty smell. Every time I returned from outside, it was very noticeable. The hotel's corridors are open-air. It was pouring rain when I checked in. The first room I was given was on a low floor, near the elevator, with an obstructed view and extremely close to the building's exterior corridor. I could hear the heavy rain even with the door closed, which was completely opposite to my request. At first, they said there were no twin rooms available for change, and if I wanted a higher floor, I could only get a king-size bed room (I was originally traveling alone, but my mother unexpectedly joined me later, so I preferred a twin room to avoid disturbing each other). Later, they said there was a twin room on a higher floor. The view after the change was still not satisfactory; it was obstructed and near the elevator, but better than the first room. The hotel service was good, and the staff were very attentive. However, The Nai Harn doesn't have a dedicated parking lot; you just park on the roadside outside the hotel. The breakfast taste was mediocre. If I had an unobstructed sea view, I would have been satisfied, because it rained heavily for three days in Phuket, and I was basically stuck in the hotel. But if it's not a perfect view, staying in such an out-of-the-way, remote place like Nai Harn is simply not worth it. P.S. The beach wasn't very clean; there was a dead seabird on the sand.

Enjoyed our 3 nights at Noku Phuket! The front desk and bell team were absolutely lovely during our time here, and we had a complimentary upgrade to the room with the whirlpool in our balcony! Loved that the room was super spacious, and there were dual sinks in the bathroom. Location was pretty far but they provided complimentary shuttles to Phuket town too! Didn’t manage to explore the breakfast, dining and spa offerings during this stay! It would be good if the hotel could look into improving their flooring (there were some gaps & there was even a piece of wood sticking out and was a hazard). The linen was really thin and not fitting of 5 star standard, which was a shame as the hotel was really pretty! But overall still a highly recommended stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and it was lovely to relax there after a day out. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and Kevin kindly helped us book Phi-phi island trip through the hotel, for which we also received a 10% discount. Everyone was genuinely keen to assist whenever we needed anything. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

Last year, when I vacationed in Phuket, I stayed at both the MGallery and Hyatt hotels. This year, returning to Phuket, I didn't hesitate to book my entire five-night stay at MGallery. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the living experience was exceptionally comfortable and pleasant. A special thank you goes to Sindee, who is fluent in Chinese, patient, and friendly. She actively assisted and resolved any issues we encountered. I also want to sincerely thank the chef and the entire F&B team; the breakfast quality for the following days was outstanding, and every staff member was professional and attentive. My time at MGallery made me feel right at home. I truly felt welcomed and cared for. Many thanks to all the staff for their dedicated service. I wish the hotel continued success and prosperity!

My family and I stayed at La Green Hotel for two months, and it was a wonderful experience! The hotel completely met and even exceeded our expectations. From the very first day, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel like family. A huge thank you especially to Maxim, the Russian-speaking manager at the reception – he helped us with absolutely everything: from check-in and daily practicalities to advice on local places and transportation. Thanks to him, we quickly adapted and felt right at home. When our daughter fell ill, the hotel thoughtfully brought chicken broth to our room. And for our daughter's birthday, the hotel beautifully decorated the room and brought a basket of fruits and a cake as a gift. This was especially valuable when being so far away from home. The rooms are clean, cozy, and regularly cleaned. Everything you need is there: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a comfortable bed. The grounds are green and well-maintained – the hotel's name perfectly matches the atmosphere: lots of plants, quiet, peaceful, a true oasis. I want to specifically highlight the breakfasts – always fresh, delicious, and varied. There are Asian dishes, as well as familiar European options: eggs, toast, fruit, and coffee. It's a great start to the day, especially when you're staying for a long time and want a proper breakfast instead of having to search for a café in the morning. The location is excellent: there are several cafes nearby, a 7/11 store where you can buy everything you need, and the beach is not far, with a shuttle taking you there every 30 minutes. At the same time, there's no noise or hustle and bustle – ideal for a long stay. Over two months, I didn't encounter a single serious problem. The value for money is top-notch. I will definitely come back here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place in Phuket. Thank you, La Green, and personally Maxim, for an unforgettable time! 🙏💚

Very elegant hotel indeed. Convenient to restaurants, pharmacies, markets, 7/11 and all. Walking distance to Patong beach. Enjoyed my stay with a very comfortable and clean room, accommodating staff and a beautiful view from the rooftop pool. Highly recommended!!

If youre looking for a sleek, ultra modern 5 star resort, this may not be for you. But if you want authentic Thai hospitality, traditional Thai-inspired architecture, lush tropical surroundings, and a peaceful beachfront escape, this resort is absolutely worth it. I stayed here as a solo traveler and had one of the most relaxing stays Ive experienced. Its also perfect for couples, honeymooners, and families. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view hillside cottage even though I booked one of the more affordable room categories. The private beach was the main reason I chose this resort and it was exactly what I was looking for, quiet, uncrowded, and perfect for relaxing. I also loved the petting zoo, the beautiful pool, and the delicious food. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Chuty and Ms. Kat at the front desk for making our stay even more memorable. They assisted us during checkout, kindly reminded us about a few belongings we had accidentally left in the room without ever making us feel rushed, and even allowed us to extend our stay until 12:30 PM, which we truly appreciated. Since our flight was later in the afternoon, they also arranged lounge access so we could comfortably wait in an airconditioned area until it was time to leave. Their kindness and thoughtfulness really reflected the genuine hospitality of the resort. I also appreciated the complimentary refreshments in the lobby, the beach bag provided for guests, the convenient buggy service, and the fact that ordering GrabFood was easy. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the TVs to Smart TVs. Other than that, everything exceeded my expectations. This resort may not be the newest, but it’s clean, wellmaintained, peaceful, and full of character. If you appreciate nature, privacy, and heartfelt service over ultra modern luxury, you’ll absolutely love staying here. The hotel is right on the seashore. We had a room with direct pool access, which was amazing! 🥰 Our friends had a sea-view room, and that was beautiful too. The room itself was lovely, and the bed linen was fresh. The staff were polite and attentive. The sea was a bit murky, and there were a lot of rocks at low tide, BUT! It felt exclusive, with very few people around, almost like having a private beach. The kids loved spending time in the pool, and for the sea, we’d walk to Ao Yon, about a 10-minute stroll, conveniently passing a 7/11 on the way. The hotel is definitely good. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful holiday! 💕

This was a truly terrible experience. We had booked two family rooms, but due to a strange odor at the International Hotel we originally booked, we ended up reserving this hotel at the last minute. We booked family rooms, which are generally understood to not incur extra charges for adding beds. However, at check-in, the front desk tried to charge me an additional (1177 * 2 * 2) * 2 = 9416 for two children for two days! Given the chaotic situation that day, I reluctantly agreed to pay 4708 just to get us checked in quickly, as the kids were exhausted. Later, because of these unfair charges, I spoke with the front desk again, and they ended up charging us over 5000 Thai Baht (even charging half price for a 7-year-old!). I requested a receipt and contacted Trip.com, and they eventually refunded me. (Be careful, they overcharge randomly!)

Spectacular views of the sea from the rooms make this resort a winner for feelings of peace and solitude. My room included a ceiling fan and a separate rain shower next to the bath tub. A massive free breakfast buffet starts the day for most guests, with changing options on a daily basis. Before breakfast I walked down the steep driveway to the private beach to swim either in the sea or the small pool next to it. At 7 am there is nobody around. One morning I took out a kayak (one hour free) which had stunning panoramic views. There are two swimming pools by the resort’s main building and both are delightful for swimming and relaxing. Nothing much to do in the evening and the TV channel selection could be expanded with movie channels (e.g., HBO, Cinemax), educational channels like Discovery Asia, and nature channels like BBC Earth and Love Nature. I partook in a 90 minute herbal pack massage which was a bit pricy but very professional. Both lunch and dinner menus have sufficient variety of dishes and food quality was good. Staff were always helpful. In summary, Supalai Scenic Bay Resort is a wonderfully serene experience at a very reasonable room price.
