The hotel service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. However, the cleanliness could be improved. We left used coffee glasses in the room and they were not replaced or washed. We also noticed a hole in the blanket and some yellow stains. We asked for a toothbrush, but were told there was no stock, which was a bit surprising for a Pullman.
On the positive side, they provide a washing machine that guests can use, you just need to buy the coin from the receptionist.

Over a thousand per night for a room with cockroaches... LOL, I give up...
After complaining the next day, they switched my twin room to a single bed room... but the bathroom went from a bathtub (tiny and no curtain) to a huge, accessible bathroom (seems designed for guests with disabilities), which is fine, I guess.
By default, there's no daily room service/cleaning; you probably need to contact the front desk or scan a QR code in the room to request it.
The ground floor balcony faces directly outside, and it's not reflective glass. You can't leave the curtains open at night or when you're out. I just want to know what the hotel's designer was thinking.
The only positives are that breakfast was decent, and it's close to the U6 Nordfriedhof subway station, less than 50m from exit D, accessible through the hotel's back entrance.

This is a new Pullman hotel, quite spacious, with very new and clean room facilities. I stayed on the first floor, and the small balcony was perfect for drying clothes. The subway entrance is just around the corner, making it very convenient to get anywhere. The surrounding area is residential with high-end hotels, so it's very quiet and clean. I stayed here for four days and it was incredibly comfortable.

Hotel was conveniently located near the subway station. The staff were very helpful and courteous, accommodating to our requests with a smile. Would definitely recommend to those who prefer a quieter stay outside of the city while having the convenience to travel on public transport.
