The hotel is at the opposite of the main train HBF but depends with entrance you come out. We blessed that the breakfast provides Prosecco on Sat & Sun free flow from 6-11am. And of course wide spread of breakfast, mainly bread. We enjoyed our stay

Location is good, breakfast is fabulous. However, that are three points that somehow affect my satisfaction towards the hotel. 1. The television automatically turns on during the midnight, which prevents me from having a good sleep. It turns on for 2-3 times at around 1am 2am and 4am which i found disturbing and kind of scary 2. The room cleaning guy threw my own face towel away….thought my face towel is white and quite similar to the hotel one…. 3. The hotel has hold up 296 euros from my card, didnt know if this is the deposit or not, but i have prepaid my hotel money and the deposit seems more than the ones i have stayed before Overall the hotel is gorgeous

Die Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit, Umgangsformen und Kompetenz bzw. Professionalität in der jeweiligen Aufgabe sind bemerkenswert . Perfekt! Das Personal scheint sich am Arbeitsplatz und miteinander sehr wohl zu fühlen. Diese Atmosphäre wirkt auch auf den Gast. Persönlich mögen wir die Größe des Hauses sehr.
