Popular Muscat 4-star Hotels

Hotel looks nice on the outside but you’ll see lots of thing waiting for you. When we arrived in the hotel we see that the people who are working at reception were nice but doesn’t give the basic information about the hotel unless you ask lots of questions. Nothing was explained. Then we switched to our room by ourselves and found out there was a bottle of water which already had been used. Thankfully the Bellboy helped us and solved the problem, we appreciate him. He is the guy who saves receptions lack of information and lack of interest. After relaxing a little we decided to have some air at the restaurant area which is the only place that has open area. But no one cares what you asked or even doesn’t bother coming and asking you as if you’d like to have something. And that’s our first 30 minutes unfortunately. We booked for 3 nights and we’ll see what’s going to happen next. Maybe it’s just our experience.

I am very regular guest in your hotel. Amazing facilities and all the staff is also very king and helpful. I will like to special thanks to Janhavi and Amjad from reception for their great service. Pool is very nice and gym is also nice. Will see the staff soon again

Very nice hotel. It is affordable in Muscat. The room is not bad, but the windows cannot be opened. The overall facilities are still very good. The breakfast is a bit rough, and there are not many dishes that can be cooked for lunch and dinner, but it's okay. The service of the hotel is still in place. Overall, I can give a 4-star praise.

It was terrible experience I had on this property (citadine al ghubrah muscat) I was traveling almost 24hours for holiday vacation, I selected this hotel to stay since near by the aiport, unfortunately I chosen the wrong hotel, upon check- in the lady receptionist asking me a full payment for the stay, I have no enough cash omr. But I have $ dollars with me, the total cost of my stay is only omr. 22 I have 15 omr and the rest 7 omr. I will pay by dollars, I informed the lady receptionist that I will pay the rest with $ dollars, she said that the hotel will not accept $ dollars, I was explained to her that I just came from the aiport and I was so tired shall I pay the rest by evening I have to exchange my dollars outside, or my cousin will come by evening and pay the rest of the amount cost of only omr. 7 or else I will quarantine my id or passport to keep , I will exchange the dollars outside by evening , but she refused me to check in, now I realize the discrimination /criticism,I decided to walk out and check in to other hotel, thank God other hotel very considerate not even asking the deposit even id's qurrantee, will I hope other guest will not experience the same treatment that I had experience , you have to improve your hospitality and service, especially front office staffs, never ever to booked this hotel anymore,many hotel choices in Muscat. Super pool and good location near by all shops Like jewellery supermarket masjid Good staff and good room service

I’m a member of Novotel-Muscat. I was trying to register with hotel since 6 June and on 10 I was been able to register for a family membership and I have paid 200 OMR . No card no invoice nothing was handed over but the bank receipt of the payment I want to share my experience in past 10 days. The below comments are all my complaints 1.The shower is broken I can’t adjust it up at all.I have to hold it all the time if I need to shower my hair .photo is attached. 2.The garbage can is always full and some time the garbage on the floor. 3.No one at the reception of the health club.I saw the life guard ones and the receptionist ones in the past 10 days.wherever we need help we go to the main reception of the hotel. 4.No towels most of the time although we come everyday at 7 Am . 5.The bathroom is dirty and the tracker report for the cleaner is filled in advance for the whole month.So there is no daily check up.Today it’s 15 June and the report was marked as completed till 19 June.photo is attached. 6.No towels no wet paper provided at the gym.photos are attached 7.The swimming pool door should be open at 7 Am .The door was closed for 2 days and we had to go through the restaurant door.photo is attached

Business hotel, quite satisfactory, but I forgot my ring in the bathroom and I didn't find it. However, the hotel front desk responded quickly and took the initiative to call back to report the progress.

Can bring children, have connected rooms, breakfast in general!

I stayed for three or four nights. The hotel is a little remote and, in May, the outside temperature too high however I slept well, I liked the Belgian and Thai restaurants and enjoyed the gym. As ever, people matter more than places. I was cheered by Jennifer’s friendly greeting at breakfast, Jay was prompt to resolve my urge for chocolate and, above all I must praise Khaled who calmly helped with what was, for me, a printing crisis.
