Popular Muscat 4-star Hotels

Hotel looks nice on the outside but you’ll see lots of thing waiting for you. When we arrived in the hotel we see that the people who are working at reception were nice but doesn’t give the basic information about the hotel unless you ask lots of questions. Nothing was explained. Then we switched to our room by ourselves and found out there was a bottle of water which already had been used. Thankfully the Bellboy helped us and solved the problem, we appreciate him. He is the guy who saves receptions lack of information and lack of interest. After relaxing a little we decided to have some air at the restaurant area which is the only place that has open area. But no one cares what you asked or even doesn’t bother coming and asking you as if you’d like to have something. And that’s our first 30 minutes unfortunately. We booked for 3 nights and we’ll see what’s going to happen next. Maybe it’s just our experience.

I am very regular guest in your hotel. Amazing facilities and all the staff is also very king and helpful. I will like to special thanks to Janhavi and Amjad from reception for their great service. Pool is very nice and gym is also nice. Will see the staff soon again

Very nice hotel. It is affordable in Muscat. The room is not bad, but the windows cannot be opened. The overall facilities are still very good. The breakfast is a bit rough, and there are not many dishes that can be cooked for lunch and dinner, but it's okay. The service of the hotel is still in place. Overall, I can give a 4-star praise.

It was terrible experience I had on this property (citadine al ghubrah muscat) I was traveling almost 24hours for holiday vacation, I selected this hotel to stay since near by the aiport, unfortunately I chosen the wrong hotel, upon check- in the lady receptionist asking me a full payment for the stay, I have no enough cash omr. But I have $ dollars with me, the total cost of my stay is only omr. 22 I have 15 omr and the rest 7 omr. I will pay by dollars, I informed the lady receptionist that I will pay the rest with $ dollars, she said that the hotel will not accept $ dollars, I was explained to her that I just came from the aiport and I was so tired shall I pay the rest by evening I have to exchange my dollars outside, or my cousin will come by evening and pay the rest of the amount cost of only omr. 7 or else I will quarantine my id or passport to keep , I will exchange the dollars outside by evening , but she refused me to check in, now I realize the discrimination /criticism,I decided to walk out and check in to other hotel, thank God other hotel very considerate not even asking the deposit even id's qurrantee, will I hope other guest will not experience the same treatment that I had experience , you have to improve your hospitality and service, especially front office staffs, never ever to booked this hotel anymore,many hotel choices in Muscat. The bed not comfortable and Tarun tools is not call available like pray math like shoes another stuff. There was a lot of noise in the hotel. And rooms is very tiny and small I hope you can look into all this things

The room is spacious, the service is good, and the sanitation is also very good. Apart from the expensive breakfast, there is nothing wrong with it. It is very convenient to be close to the airport

Hotel is nice. It is close to the airport - about 10-15 min by taxi. The rooftop was open 24/7 so we used the sitting area to drink tea and talk with the friends in the evening - amazing experience. The pool is also in the roof, though has not so much space near the pool to sit. Overall nice experience. Breakfast was fine and had all the things you expect at 3 star hotel.

We have everything you need including Wi-Fi, pot, hair dryer, and slippers. There are two restaurants, a fruit juice shop, and a convenience store right in front of the hotel. Upgrading to a two-bedroom? He did it for me.

The front desk service is good, the room is clean, the breakfast is delicious, the transportation is convenient, there is a big shopping mall next to it, and it is very convenient to eat and shop. There is a large swimming pool on the top floor.

Hotel location is good also breakfast is nice. Only problem if hotel arrange Taxi for you add 1 KD commision. İ think this not good
