Property and room were very nice and clean! Front desk had great customer service. All the hotel staff were friendly. I would suggest more pots and pans being that the room has a full kitchen. Limited parking so I suggest valet but definitely would recommend this resort

I liked the cleanliness, the fitness facility, the availability of snacks, drinks, ice, the use of free DVDs of current movies, the hospitality of the workers and South Carolina in general. Thank you.

This was place was wonderful for the time of year and price. Communication was easy and they were very welcoming. There was construction and updates being done but only on a floor or two sparingly throughout the day, and it’s to be expected for their off season. Would recommend to anyone coming to vacation in Myrtle Beach! Walking distance to so many different restaurants, the beach, bars and other known attractions!

So only giving it 3 stars for 2 reasons. 1 is because of the horrendous shower water pressure. Considering the rest of the water pressure is good, I know for a fact it was a very old shower head that should have been updated or fixed a while ago. Second is the bellhop cart availability. For a hotel with 21 floors and a early checkout time, you should have a good amount of bellhop carts. There was none available. Myself and my fiance had to carry quite a few bags across the street to the parking, and the drop off was quite clogged with how busy it was, even backing up into the very busy street. If it is going to be that busy, at the least have extra staff to help guests load and carry their bags. It was heart breaking and unacceptable to witness older folks trying to enjoy their retirement and having to walk across the street to parking while carrying their many bags.

Our visit was amazing! Every employee we came in contact with was kind and helpful. The heated pool was a godsend and the Spa was fantastically calm. The view from the balcony was just beautiful, ocean front is the only way to go. We only had one chair to sit on so that was a little uncomfortable. Had to use a dinning room chair. The suite has everything you could want. The sunken in tub with jets is not a good fit for the handicapped like me,but my husband helped get me in and out. The front desk was always helping anyway helping, checking to make sure we had everything we need. Definitely will go back in February.

Room issues bed was leaning on one side. Gave me another room however it was a downgrade. Just pissed I thought this was an awful getaway. I hope they accommodate their guest better after this review

At 11 AM on the dot 2 woman were banging on the door telling it was time to leave. Never have I ever been kicked out of a hotel room like that.
