"Terrible place and customer service. I called to inform the front desk for a late check in since we got stuck with a non-moving traffic and very bad thunder storms. The front desk officer told me not to worry as i will be able to check in at anytime since they are there for 24 hrs. To my surprise when we arrive, their door is locked. We knocked for almost and hour but nobody responded. I called there contact number but no one answered. We were on the road for 12 hrs and arrived with no place to stay. Horrible place with worst customer service."

"The Elevators were out of order throughout the whole property. The whole time we were on vacation. Which really was inconvenience for our stay. If I was aware before checking in I would’ve been more relieved. To where I wouldn’t have mentioned it in this review. If I had know I would’ve booked somewhere else. I also got over charged would have never released until I looked at my bank statements. This resort could do a little bit better by prioritizing customers time during their stay. "

"The environment was clean and hygienic, the rooms were spacious, and there was a kitchen with fairly complete cooking utensils and a stove, so you could cook your own meals. The balcony faced the sea directly, and you could see the sunrise in the morning, which was particularly therapeutic and set a good mood for the day. This was an extra and significant bonus of this business trip."
