Hotels near JR Nagano Station, Nagano

The biggest attraction is that it has hot springs and a large public bath. The room is spacious and more than enough for one person to stay. It's quite close to the station, and there's a convenience store near the hotel, so I think it's a good hotel. If you come to Nagano, this is the place for sure.

・男女共用ドミトリー 1泊（約2,700円）を複数泊で利用させていただきました。 ・主な目的は、ワーケーションと観光、となります。 [お薦めのポイント] ・2019年7月オープンの新しく綺麗なドミトリー ・連泊なら丸1日電源とWi-Fi確保して仕事できます ・長野駅5分で3000円前後はとにかく安くてありがたすぎます ~・~・~・~・~・~・~・~・~・~・~ ・なんと長野駅から徒歩5分、という好立地の場所に佇む「Mash Café & Bed NAGANO」さん。しかも、2019年7月にオープンされたということで、まだまだ新しくて、しかもリーズナブルなドミトリー宿泊施設となります。 ・1Fがバーカウンターやテーブル席のあるカフェラウンジ&ワークスペースとなっており、宿泊者だけでなく一般の方も利用されます。 ・まさに「旅する人と、暮らす人が、自由に集い、出会える場所を。」というお店さんのコンセプト通りですね。 ・2F･3Fが宿泊者専用の施設です。宿泊者は、電源完備のワークスペースの利用が無料で、かつドリンクバーも無料という嬉しいサービスまでついています。 ～お部屋～～～ ・今まで伺ったドミトリーの中で、結構上位の綺麗さを誇ります。さすが出来立てほやほや、ということはありますね。訪問は9月でしたが、空調の具合も程よくて好きでした。 ・室内は、ハンガー2つ、USB口の電源1つ、コンセントタイプの電源口1つ、小物置き場、と割とシンプルな構成。電子デバイスを沢山お持ちの方は電源が足りないと思いますので、予めコンセントタップをご用意されるとよいかと思います。 ・室内の電気は暗めです。ただ、動き回るのに苦労はしません。コンセント口に付属の非常用電灯みたいな感じと言えば伝わりますかね。・部屋番号ごとのロッカーはありますが、中サイズなのであまり大きなものは入れられません。貴重品のみをいれるとよいかと。ただし、各ドミトリーの下には隙間があるので、みなさんそこにキャリーなどの大きな荷物を置かれていました。 ～アメニティ～ ・特に用意はされていません。必要に応じて、歯ブラシやカミソリ、タオル、バスタオル、部屋着レンタルなどを1Fのカフェで購入できます。 ・各共用スペースには以下のものが設置されていました。こちらは無料にて利用できます。 　＊ ボディソープ／シャンプー／コンディショナー／ドライヤー／アイロン／電子レンジ／湯沸かしポット／冷蔵庫 ～お風呂～～～ ・共有のシャワースペースのみです。6室くらいありましたが、人が少ない時はお掃除が大変なせい？かわかりませんが、衛生面の関係で利用できるのは2つほどでした。 ・足ふきマットの代わりとなる珪藻土は、割と前の方の使用感が伝わりますので、気にされる方は別途タオルなどをご準備された方が良いかと思います。 ・シャワー個室は脱衣所から鍵をかけられる仕様になっているので、貴重品なども一緒にもって入れます。また、洗面台があるのも嬉しいですね。 ・共用部分にドライヤーが2つほど、洗面台が3つほどあります。平日利用ということもあったせいか、特段、馬っていて使えないことはありませんでした。 ～設備～～～～ ・シンプルながら不便を感じない、なかなか充実した設備でした。安く泊まれるドミトリーとしては、綺麗さの保たれていましたし、かなり心地よく過ごせる設備全般かと思います。（海外のドミトリーとか経験すると日本のドミトリーはほぼどれもよいです。笑　が、そんな中でもお値段と比較してもかなり良い方かと思います） ・トイレは、1Fに男女1つずつ、2Fに男性用2つ、男女共用1つ3Fに女性用が2つほどあります。ただ、FloorMapには2Fのトイレが女性マークになっていたので、その時の宿泊者数に応じてトイレの男女を入れ替えているのかもしれませんね。 ・シャワールームは、2Fに男女共用、3Fに女性専用がそれぞれあります。 ・2Fは階段かエレベーターで、3Fは基本的にエレベーターで上がります。 ・1Fのワークスペースカウンターもかなり良いです。各席に電源コンセント1つとUSB口1つずつあります。また、ドリンクバーが飲み放題なので、別途コンビニなどで調達する手間やコストもなく、持ち物の減量できる嬉しさがあります。 ～その他（個人的にとどめておこうと感じた点）～ ＊ 夜は店員さんが不在になります。 　- 宿も含めて施設にいる店員さんはカフェラウンジがオープンしている間のみが基本となるようです。それ以外の時間帯は、問い合わせは基本的にできませんので、気になることは予め確認しておかれた方が良いです。特に、1F入口の暗証番号キーはお忘れにならないように、スマホで撮影して持ちあることをお勧めします。入れなくなります笑 ＊ ドリンクバーは夜間～早朝は使えないときもあります。 　- 上記に伴い、ドリンクバーのグラスは店員さん不在の間は洗うことができないため、準備されたコップがなくなり次第、利用不可となります。恐らくお店さんとしても、衛生面から使用済みのコップをお客さんが勝手に洗って使うことは推奨されないと思いますので、どうしても・・・という場合は、ご自身で使い捨てカップなど用意されるとよいかなと思います。詳細は宿に確認されてみてください。 ＊ 連泊でもシーツ交換は有料です。 　- 連泊の場合は、シーツは何泊してもずーっと同じです。変えてほしい場合は別途500円必要となります。 ＊ 12:00-22:00は、1Fで持ち込み飲食できません。 　- 宿泊者でも、日中は1Fで持ち込み飲食はNGとなります。恐らく、カフェラウンジとして一般の方も受け入れていらっしゃっているので、持ち込みできる人とそうでない人が共存するのが難しいからではないかと。3Fに小さめですがラウンジがあるので、そこでなら持ち込み飲食可能です。また、カフェラウンジ営業時間外なら1Fでも自由に持ち込み飲食可能です。22:00以降に1Fで近くで購入してきたものを広げて酒盛りをするのはOKということです。 ＊ チェックアウト10:00は守りましょう。 　- チェックアウト10:00は絶対です。1Fのワークスペースもチェックアウト日の10:00以降は一切使えなくなりますので、お仕事利用される方は要注意です。連泊日の場合は問題なく継続して利用可能です。 ＊ 割とシャープな対応されることも。 　- 常連さんや店員さんと仲良くなられた方にとっては結構な天国だと思います。常に笑って接してくださいます。 　- それ以外の場合は、良くも悪くも機械的な印象があります。他での笑顔を見ている分、逆にちょっと対応がシャープだなぁとすら感じる場面もありました。忙しいタイミングに話しかけてしまったのかわかりませんが、特に悪いことや粗相をした記憶もないので「なんか、すいません・・・」と小さく心の中でつぶやいておきましたm(_ _)m 　- 安く泊まれる宿としての機能を求めていれば、特に気になることもないかと思いますが、そのギャップもあるかも、くらいに構えておいて損はないかと思います。笑　- とはいえ、受け入れ態勢自体はあるようですので、むしろ、ご自身から仲良く話しかけたら楽

Budget motel with little service or hospitality, not catered for foreigners. Key points that make up my rating: - Staff attitude is poor from start of check in, right through. Basically got given room key and left. No explaination of facilites etc. Got to room there was on english instruction for things like wi-fi, aircon, safe deposit box. Rang reception and told to check instructions on TV screen which were so hard to navigate. - Room is so tiny. Bare minimum facitities. Place is little dated and could do with a refurb. Cleanliness was ok. No drinking water in room, you have to go down to lobby and self service. - Location is good. Opposite train station about 3-5 mins walk. Nagano itself has not much attrations if you are not into going skiing. But thats not to do with this establishment. - I saw a lot of locals business men coming and going. So I get the feel this is a place for local who come from out of town to do business. Perhaps if you are stopping a night or so before heading to a skii place or something then this might be suitable for just a room at a cheap price to get you by for the night. Considering we paid around $24000yen for 3 nights, it was ok. Can't expect too much for that price.

Nagano is a quiet city. The only tourist spot would be Zenkoji temple and chestnuts sweets. Choices of Restaurants and shops are not what tourists usually expect. This hotel is just right next to the JR and high speed train station or you could say “in the station” as there is a bridge connecting to the 2nd floor of the hotel ( reception at 1st floor). Supermarket at the station is small and just like convenient store. But there are souvenir shops in the station. So do consider and plan for dinner. The hotel also offer good deals for body massage services. In short this is a up to standard business hotel but not quite recommended for tourists.

This is basically the commodization of hotels at its finest. We had four of us staying in a hotel room meant for two at a reasonable price because we were only there for two nights. Some people might complain about the squishiness or the room missing some home comforts but it truly fitted purpose fine - you get what you pay for. As noted, the hotel is incredibly convenient to the train station. Computerized check-in system, but the staff walked me through it by hand. They'd forgotten to set up the sofa bed in the first room they gave us, but when we bridged the language gap (I was asking for sheets for the sofa bed I'd then set up, which was the wrong question) they moved us into the same room with the bed already set up with sheets. They were very pleasant to deal with. When looking for somewhere to stay without breaking the bank in Nagano, I would happily stay here again.

Very close to JR and long-distance bus stops, it is very convenient to travel. Short-term travel, the most important thing is this. Arrived at the hotel around 10 o'clock in the morning, and you can stay in the room unexpectedly! This is very unexpected and happy. Other accommodations in Japan have not encountered check-in before 2 pm. Breakfast is very simple, you can not eat.

JR長野駅からすぐの場所にあり雨天時は地下通路が使えるので傘いらずです。東急百貨店や駅ビルも隣接、すぐ隣に農協の売店もあり地元のリンゴや野菜を安く変えました。部屋は明るくて広く清潔感があり、駅前にもかかわらず静かで快適でした。朝食が品数が多く味付けもよく美味しくいただきました。全国旅行割の活用でお得に宿泊できましたが、次回も長野での宿泊ならここを選びたいと思います。

We stayed here for a couple of nights and it was a really clean and comfortable hotel and just a 7 minute walk from Nagano Station, a 7 minute walk to bus stop 23 for the Snow Monkey Park and close to a variety of restaurants and bars. It is also 15/20 minutes to Zenko-Ji which is a beautiful Buddhist temple and well worth visiting. We didn’t have breakfast included during our stay but other guests said that it was really good. Our room was really clean, spacious and comfortable with a firm mattress, a tv, toiletries and a kettle. In reception you can help yourself to teas, coffee and other toiletries for free which was helpful. The staff were really friendly and patient as we don’t speak Japanese. Our room was next to the railway line but the sound proofing was excellent and it was so quiet and we had two good nights of sleep. A comfortable and clean hotel that is conveniently located for exploring Negano.

The hotel is very close to Nagano Station, which is very convenient. There is a convenience store next to it and there are many restaurants nearby. The room is nice, it can store two large luggage cases, and you can soak in the hot springs at night.

He came to zenko Ji Temple sightseeing. The hotel facilities are old, but there is no problem if it is divided into the price. The location is not bad at the middle of zenko Ji Temple from the station. There is no smell of the room or the cheap hotel. The service of the staff is not excessive interference, and there is no feeling of distance without leaving. The size is semi double and the degree of photography. However, there was a part that was dissatisfied with the fact that there were guests in the next room or the room in front of the elevator was assigned for the number of guests. There was a meal service in the morning. There were Inari sushi, cheese bread roll bread, bacon soup, and so on. I felt that I was working hard as an inexpensive hotel. Milk bread Meiji Tei's ”source katsu” (meiji Tei's bandit ware is also recommended) Teng Muxi の ”Buckwheat” I think it is good to be offered for sightseeing at Zenko Ji Temple. Is it a cheap plan?
