What a great place specially for family. We were thrilled to see an outdoor swimming pool. The view is also good. The staff is nice and easy going even though no one speaks English. The play area is quite huge but it needs cleaning and better ventilation. The playgrounds and parks around the hotel are quite impressive. We will definitely gonna go back.

酒店跟期待中一樣漂亮，可惜在行程的最後一站才入住，而且趕上下雨，沒能全面地領略酒店的美，但雨中依然拍出了很好的照片。

酒店很好看 新中式的裝修 自助早餐也很不錯 選擇很多 服務人員也很有禮貌 都會熱情打招呼 過年期間入住的 進入酒店都能聽到一句“新年快樂” 體驗感很不錯

酒店客服幫我升級了房間，房間很大很乾凈，雨天在陽台，中式院子一片寧靜。旁邊是森林公園，秋季景色超美。臨退房下大雨，美麗的客服劉經理讓我延遲3點退房直接去機場，非常滿意的入住體驗，下週繼續入住。

結婚紀念日與先生入住梅嶺新旅鉑爾曼，喜歡他的風格和環境。因為之前住過鉑爾曼其他店，印象很好，這次也沒失望。酒店旁就是磨盤山公園棧道，酒店內猶如江南水鄉，拍照很美。房間衞生舒適，在鳥鳴中醒來非常愜意！

環境很贊。前台服務人員態度很差勁，到了酒店門口也沒人接應和打招呼還是我主動上前去問的辦理入住。入住的第二天晚上，從外面轉回來，大廳那邊有積木桌，小孩子就去那邊玩了。中途小孩子要喝水，我們自己帶的衹有保温杯的開水，於是向前台要一片水給孩子水兑温一點，然後前台説要收費的，然後又説這瓶送我。並且還讓我報了房號登記。由於孩子着急喝水，我也沒理會。大廳玩好要上房間去了，我老公又問了一句有水嗎？想帶兩瓶上去燒水給孩子沖奶粉的。前台又説了要付錢的，但入住第一天到房間我就電話諮詢過，房間原本有4瓶水，可以額外再提供4瓶。並且我兩個房間的。為一瓶水前台真的很拉垮入住體驗，真心前台態度很差。其餘都很好。離店也沒人打招呼的那種。再有就是室內小童樂園，説是刷房卡可以進，但我們幾次都沒刷開。小孩想去玩，我提前電話了酒店讓把門開一下，空調通風什麼的開着，不然味道很大。結果10分鐘後去門沒開，因為下雨我們又在門口等了一會兒，還是沒人來，我就去了前台，前台説那個服務員在忙要等一會兒，我就問衹有她能打開了，後來前台另一個服務員才一起去開了門。有一種五星級的環境，還不如快捷酒店的服務了。
