別墅新建的，無論外觀還是內飾，都獨具匠心，非常有品位，春節期間一千出頭的價格也不算太離譜，但是酒店的餐廳就太差勁了，質次價高，還要飯前付款，擺明了就是春節期間要撈一筆，沒辦法，誰叫你要來呢

前台小蘇妹子服務耐心細緻，當天入住升級兩個大床，酒店環境真是不錯，旁邊的歌婭思谷洞天勝景實在是太震撼了，還可以半票入洞。

1，硬件設施差。雖然説是老房改造，但是僅僅5年的酒店就破成這樣，電閘一晚上跳了8次，有空調不敢開，衹能依靠電熱毯苟活，半夜還是跳閘，被冷醒摸黑起來自己開電閘，空氣能熱水器的壓縮機半夜像拖拉機轟鳴，真的是太搞笑了。其他的細節可以看圖細品。
2，服務意識差。泥巴房分佈在山腰，要爬台階，需要服務員帶路。全程一聲不吭，行李自己扛，住200塊的房間這服務我認，問題是400塊一間房，我訂了兩間包獨棟還是這個服務態度，不理解。客廳損壞的麻將機隨處擺放 ，房間的麻將機電源線長度內沒有可以使用的排插，相當於就是個擺設。
3，價格不匹配。網上定價400塊，打電話問了前台，説可以給到300多的價格，結果換了個人值班自己還反悔了。反悔沒關係，試問你們自己住這個破房子花這個錢值不值得？沒有任何主動的補償，也沒有積極想辦法解決，衹有一聲抱歉。。。還有，這裏的早餐就是一碗粉，難道是淡季的客人比較好糊弄？
最後，還想説一句，本人住過丹泉集團旗下的地磁温泉酒店、瑤王府酒店，但是這個歌婭思谷。。。如果服務能力不提高，下次不會再來住了，也不會推薦任何人來這裏。

羅朝秋和餘雙敏兩位前台服務態度特別好，給我們賓至如歸的感覺，非常熱情可愛，平安夜入住給了我們特別的驚喜。
酒店環境很好温泉很舒服，設施齊全，早餐也很也美味，最重要的就是服務到位，不枉此行。

房間比較小，服務一般，自己拿行李上樓梯，酒店基本沒人，周邊沒有吃飯的 衹有在酒店吃，雞是冰凍的，配套有景點，空氣好，安靜。

外部環境還是可以的，大山裡空氣好，吃的據説90%都是自產的

酒店佈置得挺精緻，院落設計也很別緻，以二十四節氣來命房間名，很有意思。但是衞生跟酒店比起來差太多了，房間地板很臟，陽台的一排木椅圍欄也很臟，其他地方衞生還行吧。前台服務員態度差強人意，早餐真的就很山寨。住的就是個環境，1100多的房費真心有點不是很值得，如果細節地方做更好相信大家評分會更高。
