I generally feel that there is no plan to clean the wash table. There are actually used soaps and half rolls of toilet paper. This makes me feel that it is not clean and the sound insulation of the hotel is not good. At night, I keep hearing the sound of KTV singing upstairs until very late. It’s very late at about two in the morning and it doesn’t stop at three o’clock in the morning.

與攜程照片不符，服務員要求價錢才能跟攜程一樣，床墊上面連褥子也沒有，出差很多地方住過很多酒店，這是最坑的一次，服務員態度又不好，還不帶早餐，再三追問服務員不耐煩的給了張早餐票，早餐都沒心情去吃

帶小孩住，訂的房間顯示1.8米的大床，到了衹有1.5米，房間在副樓沒有電梯，房間小，床很硬，隔音不好。

訂的普通單間170多一晚，然後問我要不要升級要多加八十多塊錢，我説是沒有單間了嗎，她説有，然後就給我帶到後面消防通道里自建的一個閣樓，走起路來都佟佟響，樓下關門樓上就跟要地震一樣。
設施：感覺很危險
衞生：衞生還好
環境：在一個類似倉庫的上面
服務：前台服務員態度很差，感覺我花170塊住一晚上就跟個**一樣，還不升房。
