過年出行的時候，房間空調製熱效果很差，凍壞了，房間衞生條件一般，沒有一次性拖鞋，停車場和到房間的道路都是土路，下雨不可想象。

周邊環境舒適，房車內部面積不大，户外面積很大，小孩喜歡，大人就不太適應這種洗簌的感覺。體驗新鮮感挺不錯的。服務態度很好

環境真是沒話説，很適合帶小朋友，離雲水謠很近，走路的距離，白天逛完後晚上還可以繼續去散步，酒店餐廳吃飯，雖然比不上大飯店，但都是家常味，而且是他們自己種植，採摘後立馬下鍋，那叫一個新鮮。早餐衹能説能吃飽，不要有過高要求，而且每天一樣，住了三晚後就吃傻了。

環境優美，離景區近，非常方便，可以夜遊雲水謠土樓羣，還組裝孩子摘茶活動，非常適合親子活動，但是早餐有點差。
