本次入住揚子飯店，體驗感特別好。我要實名錶揚一下你們揚子飯店的一名員工，她是吳成花女士，吳姐～
從辦理入住開始，她的接待就很熱情周到，讓人如沐春風。在陪伴我進行揚子飯店講解的過程中，對飯店的每一個細節都是侃侃而談，言語間能感受到她真的把自己工作的酒店當成家一樣，能看出她非常熱愛這份工作。
在交談的過程中，我提到頭一天吃的湯包味道不是那麼理想，問她附近有沒有好吃的湯包。她跟我簡單介紹了之後説，“我明天正好路過那個湯包店，我幫您順便帶一盒過來”，我當時就説“不用的不用的，我衹是問一下，回頭我在網上再看看”。
結果沒想到第二天早晨，她就給我發微信説我給我帶了一盒，放在廚房，等我下來用早餐的時候，讓工作人員幫我加熱一下。
我真的非常難為情也很過意不去，也非常感動，很不好意思地吃了這份湯包，很好吃，心裏非常非常的温暖。能感受到這位大姐的熱情好客，周到妥帖，所以特此感謝並提出表揚，真的能看到她的工作熱情以及認真對待每一位客人的心。希望頤和旗下的酒店越來越好！！

前台辦理入住等待的時候朱總監很仔細的介紹了酒店的歷史，還給升級了套房，吳女士也非常熱情。套房很大，裝修是法式的感覺，細節很精緻，也非常有民國特色。早餐是套餐，挺豐富的，如果有一些南京特色的小吃就更好了🙋。總之就是很推薦！好評！

百年頤和揚子很有腔調的酒店，酒店早餐豐富好吃，客服管家吳小姐短髮穿戴整齊，總是笑眯眯的，講話也親切，我們不小心灑了可樂，挺不好意思，她讓我們別擔心，她獨自幫處理了。總之很贊👍推薦大家來南京旅行入住體驗下

總體來説還不錯，隔音比較糟糕，尤其樓上下；床頭需要加拖線板，不能開床頭燈和手機充電一起。

才知道是婚禮酒店，安排我朋友的，裝修設施都很好，因為來的晚，服務員聯繫一陣子才開院子門，結果7點就被吵醒，外面居然在測試音響，有人要舉行婚禮，而且確實沒法協調，結果我朋友2點入住，7點就沒法睡了，不好的體驗，這家酒店就是婚禮酒店，給網友備註下。

無意間看到的酒店，入住後體驗遠遠超過預期！從剛到接待我們的前台小哥，給我們上餐的阿姨，為我們耐心講解的經理，無一不是全程面帶微笑，親切體貼。
整棟建築富有歷史氣息，拍照很出片，房間乾淨整潔，都很好！！！第一次住酒店覺得價位和知名度遠不及其本身價值！希望來旅遊的朋友可以來體驗一下！
