酒店的大堂裝潢很豪華，滿滿的英倫宮廷風。門口門僮戴着黑色禮帽，幫忙開關門，很有服務意識。
大廳裏的大理石柱和油畫很贊，可惜行程原因沒有趕上油畫參觀，建議每天多設定幾場。
房間也很温馨，單人間沒有浴缸，30平米左右，但基本夠用了。窗外風景是雨花台，滿眼綠色很養心。
交通距離卡子門地鐵站單車5分鐘左右，樓下**單車很方便。

原本在入住時體驗感覺一般 可能是5.1人多吧 前台有點愛答不理
不過小唐在入住前就打了電話跟進我們的入住體驗，為我們介紹酒店的額外服務 在退房時感覺酒店的服務質量一下就上來了 這也使得我們對酒店的整體感受是非常好的
體驗英式宮廷禮服一套: 提前一天在前台挑選衣服第二天提前15分鐘左右就會送到房間 拍出來還是很好看的，酒店的裝修也很考究 拍出來的效果也非常不錯 可惜沒有帶相機
歐洲古典大師油畫藝術品珍藏鑒賞: 介紹是佳士得拍賣行的真品 大概30分鐘就能看完 希望介紹方面能更多一些

一次很好的入住體驗，酒店很漂亮。經理小唐提前電話聯繫，入住的時候已經提前安排好了房間和11樓行政酒廊的券。酒店提供免費洗衣服務，超級方便，這次出門和母親各帶了個行李箱很重，下次來住可以輕裝上陣哈哈。在用自助餐出現了小失誤，打電話給經理，立馬過去和餐廳經理交涉，很快我們便吃到美味的午餐，推薦西點哦

對我來説，酒店最重要的是有沖洗功能的智能馬桶，這家酒店的智能馬桶非常好用。
其實，這家酒店每一樣細節都做到極致了，我們非常滿意。首先，所有工作人員服務態度都非常好，前台，清潔工作者，11樓行政酒廊的服務人員，都是彬彬有禮，笑臉相迎；其次，房間裏的設備都很好，洗滌用品味道也好聞，空調特別安靜，床和枕頭也舒服；還有，酒店可以提供一次免費洗衣服，好方便，住了幾天，臟衣服送去當天就送回來；最後，酒店的精菜館，菜做得很精緻好吃，我們吃了幾次。總體感覺很不錯，下次我們來南京還住這裏。

酒店真的超讚，特別喜歡它的裝修風格，外觀看着低調，步入才發現無比奢華。入住前酒店經理小唐就打電話瞭解我的情況，給我提前安排好了房間，我需要的宮廷服裝也提前備好，給了我足夠的時間去體驗。到店後經理小唐親自送我到房間，早上還推薦了早餐的特色菜餚。入住下來整體感受非常好，服務、環境都絕對一流，且酒店珍藏的名貴畫作很多，入住客人可以免費欣賞，真的是一場高雅薰陶的藝術之旅，下次來南京還會再選擇這裏。

王羲之説過：天朗氣清，惠風和暢，仰觀宇宙之大，俯察品類之盛，所以遊目暢懷，足以極視聽之娛。週末來十朝都會－南京旅遊，入住前卡洛塔會提前聯繫哦，告知酒店地理位置並安排好了房間，入住十分順心，還送來了水果和蒸汽眼罩，幫助入眠。房間也比較大，乾淨，十一樓有個空中花園，附近出行也比較方便。順便提個小bug南京作為六朝古都，一座藴含悠久歷史文化之城，房間不應該配日本用品哈，在南京有些不適合哈，細節之處要注意。

古人曾説，瑞雪收殘臘，和風報早春。山河萬里，藏有深意。南京就是這樣一座城市，內斂不張揚，入住新晶麗的晚上下了場春雨，雨後空氣清新脱俗，因為有了小夏讓這場旅行變得更加有趣，入住前就電話聯繫告知已安排好房間，還送了Happy Hour ，，並把我們一直送上電梯，小朋友很高興。下次有機會來還會選擇。
