Looking out the room window or the front door, a person can see 0 ( zero ) trees. There is a lot of construction going on outside, and the sidewalks are uneven, torn up in places and occasionally blocked. The area is safe, but not representative of the city of Nanjing.
Although reassured by staff prior to checking in, the room did in fact smell of cigarette smoke.
I’ve stayed in other locations of this hotel and experienced a much higher standard of facility.
The staff were very pleasant, and the breakfast was excellent.
About half of the rooms have windows which look out onto a corridor that is carpeted with fake grass and has a fake sky. No fresh air.

酒店的洗衣機烘乾機全部壞的。這個酒店的洗衣房等於沒有！第一天去準備烘乾半小時。阿姨每天看着生怕用了他們的電！我5分鐘後經過，就發現早有人把我的衣服拿出來了！不給用烘乾機！我就懶得用了唄 回來空調吹乾
住到第三天，大離譜！我説手洗的衣服請幫我烘乾！我在家 還有別的酒店都是 30分鐘烘乾！他們説烘了60分鐘衹幹了65%！還是潮的。也不繼續幫我烘！
我準備晚上穿。壓根穿不了！想烘乾一件衣服估計三小時起步！的垃圾烘乾機。要不取消洗衣房吧？？

早餐：很豐富，南京鹽水鴨、鴨血粉絲湯等也是都有的
床：睡着舒服，但是最讓我喜歡的是他家的枕頭，是我住了這麼多酒店裡最得我心的，高度適合軟硬合適。
房間設施：我們定的房間裏有浴缸，也提供一次性浴缸套，如果能提供浴球的話，就更好了（哪怕是有償的也行呀）
位置交通：距離玄武湖和雞鳴寺挺近的，酒店對面是鳳凰商場，購物也方便。
服務：桔子小姐姐很貼心，還幫我把一部分包裹郵寄回家，加了微信，有問題隨時聯繫幫我們解決問題。給我的旅途增加了很多便利！
餐廳：哈哈酒店7樓就是小廚娘餐廳……好好次……

前台小姐姐們服務態度特別好，送了水果，看到我是一個人旅行還為我提供了升房服務。升級的房間有大浴缸，酒店也是貼心提供了一次性浴缸套。我到前台拿外賣時，也會貼心提醒可以給前台打電話指定機器人送餐。當我生理期不小心弄臟床單一小塊時更是讓我別擔心，讓保潔人員來到我的房間幫我換床單，還要為我提供暖寶寶。

早餐很豐盛，麪條餛飩鴨血粉絲湯包樣樣都有，甚至有芝麻紅棗米糊，養髮星人狂喜，阿姨服務也很周到。房間乾淨衞生，很安靜舒適，有機器人送餐。酒店在獅子橋對面，靠近吾悦廣場，出行方便，還會再來噠！！
