Nanjing Zhongshan Hotel (Jiangsu Conference Center)

I traveled with my friends and booked two rooms. The front desk at 1007 and 1010 upgraded our rooms for free. I am a Black Diamond member and I forgot to check breakfast when I made the reservation. However, there is a food court downstairs and there are quite a lot of them. If you choose, there is a subway station just outside your door, so it is very convenient to go anywhere. The guest room lady on the 10th floor was very meticulous and tidy. She would fold my clothes neatly or hang them up for me. I will choose this store next time I travel to Nanjing, highly recommended. 🎧

I have been to Nanjing several times and whenever I have a room, I would basically choose Zhongshan Hotel. It is the first choice in terms of location, bedding quality, and service attitude. This time, it happened to be my birthday and they even arranged a small cake, which was a surprise. Although I have a good experience every time I stay, I still found two small shortcomings when I stayed in the VIP building this time: 1. There is no place to scan the parking ticket in the VIP building. Every time I go out, I need to scan the code at the front desk of the main building to deduct the parking fee; 2. It is recommended to make a soft bag material for the headboard of the audio-visual room. This metal trim will clamp your hair when you lean against the headboard 😂. Other than that, everything is a great living experience. I am also very grateful to Wang Cheng in the lobby and Liu Ying from an unknown department for their help.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Nanjing Zhongshan Hotel. It was quiet, and I slept very well. It was very convenient to check in the surrounding attractions. There are Nanjing Museum, Ming Palace Ruins Park, and Presidential Palace nearby. It is also very convenient to go there. It is cost-effective

Environment: Thank you for upgrading our room for free. The room is very large and the high floor is very quiet. It is very good. Hygiene: Very clean. Facilities: Very good. The room has two bathrooms, a large desk and sofa. I am very satisfied. Service: The waiters are very nice. We gave afternoon tea coupons when we checked in a little later. When my family slipped in the room, the waiter apologized immediately after learning about it, brought a non-slip mat, and gave a small gift. It feels very considerate. Thank you to Xiaolin and Xiaohan in the lobby for giving the children a small gift.

In order to avoid the peak, we checked in on the night of 4/30. It was raining and the temperature dropped. We asked the customer service to add a quilt, which was delivered in a short while. The room is newly renovated. The gray bathroom is clean and elegant. The electric towel rack is the finishing touch. The clothes washed by hand can be hung to dry. The remote-controlled smart toilet has a delicate water flow. The table lamp has adjustable brightness, which is very friendly for the school-going children who travel with homework. In order to catch up with the scenic spots on 5/1, we went to have breakfast early in the morning. On the first floor of the VIP building, there are all kinds of pastries, western pastries, fruits, milk and coffee. The old duck vermicelli soup is a local specialty. There is also Lanzhou ramen on the side. After a delicious meal, we went to Zhongshan Scenic Area.

When we were still traveling in other cities, the guest relations manager Xiaolin contacted us in advance to inquire about the check-in requirements. On the last day, we added a temporary itinerary and couldn't book the original room type. Xiaolin and the front desk also helped to adjust it, which was very heartwarming and saved us from moving around. The cleaning lady was very responsible. She didn't knock on the door when she turned on the do not disturb function. She only asked if she could clean at noon. The robot food delivery was very convenient.
