先説結論:服務很好，非常專業，前台很加分。是我見過為數不多做到人情味和專業兼具的。如果你很看中服務，那來這家絕對沒有問題。
衞生:衞生不是很好，被子上有灰，衞生間的毛巾掉在地上了。
設施:吹風機和空調都有點問題，空調外機晚上響到睡不着覺，震得窗户一直在響。窗户鎖壞了，外面應該能進來。空調幾乎沒有用，熱到一身汗。
隔音:很差，走廊的聲音直接透進來了，能聽到旁邊房間打了一晚上麻將。
房型:很悶熱，設施並不老舊，但12月上旬我還要開19度空調（製冷）但被熱出一身汗。
優點:
1.電梯是刷卡制，外賣需要在前台登記才能拿白卡上樓，非酒店住户摁不了電梯。
2.早餐雖然比不上大酒店但也很豐富，有烤麪包機可以自己烤，也有自助煎蛋。無論是想吃碳水還是偏西式的都沒太大問題。
3.前台很專業，前面寫過了，但值得再寫一次。很專業，這是這家酒店我評5星的主要原因。服務意識和態度都很好。在前台還能找到去景點遊玩的攻略/推薦/路線。
4.建議定高端房型，高端房型的房間佈局和風景很不錯。
5.浴室很好，熱水水温不會太低。都是觸屏式開關，很方便，不需要下床關燈。
