很滿意的入住體驗：
大廳寬敞，環境很好，交通非常的便利，臨近地鐵口周圍商場。房間乾淨整潔，前台的服務態度優異，幫我升級了高級大床房，餐廳的味道也不錯。

挺好的 各方面都不錯挺滿意的，前台還給我們進行了升房，房間比較寬敞，並且配備洗漱包，電視比較清晰，窗户的話比較小，不過不影響，居住體驗不錯，不愧是連鎖酒店

房間很乾凈，打掃阿姨也很熱心，沒退房都主動問我要不要幫忙打掃，水夠不夠喝，很熱心的阿姨，前台小姐姐服務也很好，本來十二點就要退房，因下午還有課，還給延遲了退房時間，房間設施齊全，離地鐵站很近，很贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

第一，攜程上面寫了三號口出，但是一直找不到，後面打電話給酒店，酒店工作人員很不耐煩的是説是四號口，那為什麼攜程上面寫了三號口。
第二，辦入住時酒店工作人員一直看手機也不理人
第三，晚上回酒店電梯壞了，一直在等待，很不方便
第四，房間內的毛巾都是臟的，洗漱用品給了一個牙刷兩個梳子

很離譜的酒店 從我入住開始房間內就一直有很大的異響，然後我打電話給前台，打了兩次前台都沒人接電話，第三次讓師傅上來半天也沒修好，後來給我換到更差沒窗的房間裏面去了，而且拒絕退我差價，隔壁人抽面紙聲音我都能聽到！我錄了視頻大家可以開聲音聽聽看。
