The hotel was well located, but the staff attention and customer service were poor. There were days when our room was not serviced and then they asked us to relocate to another room due to 'maintenance', but offered no assistance, and no discount for the disruption. The breakfast was poor and the coffee awful with no fresh juice.

Very good location for food, convenient store along street. The restuarant serving delicious cantoneses tim sum. The hotel staff are very efficient to rectify issues, if any.

This is a very classic old hotel, I liked the old style decor. It's in a very good location near to the metro. There are loads of cheap restaurants nearby too selling lousifen. It's also walking distance to the old town night time walking street. The staff were very nice and check in and out was very fast. The room was large and everything worked well. There was also a very friendly beautiful girl in traditional costume waiting at the front door checking temperature, she also helped me retrieve my key when I locked myself out of my room. She has a good attitude and is very professional.

Good hotel in Nanning

This is my second time staying at Phoenix Hotel. The location is good, not far from Sanjie Erxiang. The rooms are clean and hygienic. The floor attendant Wu Hongying answered all my questions and provided warm service. The breakfast is especially rich in variety and has Guangxi-style oil tea. I give it a thumbs up.

This time we stayed at the Chaoyang Building branch, which has convenient transportation and is only a few dozen meters away from the subway station. According to the waiter, this building is newly renovated, the rooms and bathrooms are large enough, and the towels are sterilized and sealed. The two 1.5-meter beds in the standard room are really friendly to families with two children. The buffet breakfast is very rich with many choices, and there is Gongcheng oil tea. Although I was not used to it at the first bite, I became addicted after a few sips. The service attitude of Su Cuihong from the catering department is particularly good. Seeing that we brought children, she took the initiative to help get food. She was very considerate. Five-star praise.
