Completely surpassed our expectations! We are used to also staying a lot in 5* hotels, but decided for something different while visiting Napoli. The hotel is located in the heart of the Spanish Quartier and therefore gives a totally different and more local experience compared to other hotels around. The entire staff is super nice and helped making our 3-night stay unforgettable. The little terrace, as part of the Junior Suite, gives the feeling of staying in a peaceful oasis in the middle of the chaos of Napoli. We even received our daily breakfast to our room! We were also really surprised by the shower: by far the best shower I’ve ever seen in a 3*, even 4* hotel!!! I never write reviews, but this one is worth it!

We have just returned today from a tour of Italy and finished the tour at this hotel I am so pleased we decided to stay here, the hotel is beautiful and unspoilt, the staff were lovely to us and our daughter and very helpful, we stayed in room 610 which was perfect for our stay and had incredible views If you are staying here having dinner in the restaurant is a must as the food was wonderful and service excellent, also very close to the spanish quarter which was one of our highlights of Naples, We cannot wait to return to this lovely hotel , very special place, Thank you

A fantastic location, very large family room, with balcony, large bathroom, very clean. The shopping street is 50 metres from Toledo Metro Station in the city centre and is practically inside the Spanish neighborhoods, living and with fantastic food parfums. Melania, the ruler, a wonderful and very kind person, asks what you want to eat day after day and you have the choice of many fresh pasta sweets! Melania will make you feel like at home and always advise what and how to see Naples. You still think? Book now!!!
