Stayed for 2 days in two different rooms - Japanese style and modern one. It was an overall positive experience. + Great location + Good view (not excellent because of the trees, but it's still good) + Very friendly and helpful staff + They speak English + Convenience store (not 24h) at the basement + Spacy rooms for Japan and given price - Not many things are included in the room but could be asked on reception - Some modernization/refreshment would be useful Additionally, there is a Visitor Center on the 1st floor, where you could find any information you need about Nara and the nearby areas. Things like what is better to visit to sightsee or to eat. Including in English. Had a great talk with Jay-san and visited some of the places he recommended. Thanks!

I stayed there on the first Saturday after the hotel opened. To be honest, it was the worst. I had to wait quite a long time to check in. I think I was still on the short side. It seems that some people had to wait even longer. There was not much to eat in the executive lounge either. They did not replenish the cakes when they ran out, and there was not much food in the evening or at night. There were only snacks, no hot meals. They did not replenish the cups when they ran out, so you should not expect the same as you would in a lounge at another hotel. The restaurant was a buffet both in the morning and at night, but there was not much to choose from and the hot food was lukewarm. There was a line of people waiting to enter in the morning. There was clearly a shortage of staff, and food, tableware, and towels were not replenished, and no one cleaned up the tables after meals. The scales in the large public bath were covered in dust. When I told the staff about it, they said ”I'm sorry!”, but they left it as it was. It's just not possible! I want my money back.

Marriott is indeed a big brand store, and its service is absolutely first-class. It was getting late when we arrived at Nara Shingu Station. Since we couldn't get a taxi, we had to drag our suitcases and walk for about 700 meters on the coarse sand road. I felt a little impatient at the time, but the hotel specially arranged for a small taxi from Tianjin. Peng received us, and with her warm, detailed and thoughtful explanations and arrangements, we quickly calmed down from the over-anxiety caused by the journey. In the following days, we followed the tour map she gave in Chinese and English and the shuttle bus time between Nara Station and the hotel, and spent 3 days of sightseeing easily and happily. Facilities: All available Hygiene: Clean and tidy, customer service is on call, and the warm room service makes people feel at home. Environment: Elegant and comfortable Service: first-class, lived up to expectations. Shuttle bus service: In addition to a one-hour break between 12 and 13 noon, there is a service to and from Kintetsu Nara Station every half hour, which provides convenience for transportation.

The location is quite far from JR Nara Station and Todaiji, the core of Nara travel, but Kintetsu Railway Shin-Omiya Station is a 10-minute walk away and Heijogu Historical Park is close. Bicycles are also available for rent, but there is a fee and there are no electric bicycles. Hot springs available in the spa’s main bath. The breakfast was good, the lobby was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. However, please pay more attention to room cleaning.

Although it was only available for a limited time, I was very happy to receive beer and ice cream after getting out of the hot springs. When I went to the breakfast buffet around 8am, some items were out of stock due to bad timing, but the tempura was fried right in front of me, so it was freshly fried and delicious.

The couple hotel is super big. The shower room, bathtub and toilet are separated. The washroom is also very big and has complete supplies. Because it is a chain store, I also booked another one in Osaka. It is very comfortable and the bed is very big. It is no problem to stay alone even in a couple hotel. The location is a bit difficult to find. But the lights are very bright at night. Try not to go out at night. After all, it is in the mountains.

It was a quiet and very good inn with a well-cleaned corner 々. The food was not flashy, but it was carefully and cleanly made and very delicious. It was full of seasonal feelings such as chestnut astringent boiling. The purpose of this trip, the guided tour of Horyuji Temple by the hotel frontman, was the best! It's very interesting and helpful. I suddenly became interested in the Buddha statues I hardly knew! I definitely want to visit you again. It's a little far from the nearest Horyuji station, so I thought it would be nice to have a shuttle bus.

It was convenient to have a family mart nearby and 1 minute walk from the north exit of Sakurai station. From the window of the twin room on the 5 floor, the line of the Kintetsu Osaka line in front of you looks good, and you can see the Kintetsu limited Express like 々, and I was not tired. The regular coffee provided free of charge at the lobby server was delicious and went to get it many times. Still the new room was clean with the bathroom and the outlet was easy to use with a large table on the side. It was popular with the table mirror and outlet, and it was popular with the person who could sit and use the dryer. The empty refrigerator and hot pot were also convenient, and it was a pity that there was no indoor safe. The large bath of artificial hot springs with partitions in the washroom and the daily meal only on weekdays served at 1F ”wami” tavern were also good. Breakfast was satisfactory with many choices including the local menu in Nara. Cospa is good and I would like to use it again if I have a chance.

KKinglumLoved the hotel!! It’s in the center of nara city It’s 5 mins walk to the nara shopping area, 5mins walk to the nara park there is deer walking around the hotel in the morning There is free morning city walk tour at 7:00-8:00 with local guide; the bicycle is free The view of the pond is nice the service is great!! 5stars to everything The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable They have drink lounge for free use with unlimited snacks; fruit juice, sake, beer, wine from 15:00pm-2:00am Really recommend everyone that travels to nara city to stay at this hotel!! The only downside of this hotel is the breakfast only provides japanese style food ; grill fish and onigiri The onigiri is huge, grill fish and miso soup is cold I wish they can make the onigiri smaller so We can taste more flavors And hope that they can provide a bakery corner for people who doesn’t like to eat fish Otherwise we loved the hotel and want to go Back again!! Ps: there is not parking space so we need to park at the coin parking costs us 2400¥ /night

XXiaoqiaoClose to shopping streets and stations, within walking distance to museums and Todaiji Temple. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, drugstores, coffee shops downstairs...it is very convenient for travel and dining. The room size is ideal, the facilities are complete, and the soft and hard furnishings are all online. The only dissatisfaction during my stay: there was no advance notice of the fire drill. I woke up to the alarm in the morning. The first playback was in Japanese, which was completely incomprehensible and very embarrassing. The Indian front desk receptionist upon check-in should remind guests that there will be a fire drill the next morning. Judging from the reactions of other guests, they must have known about this beforehand.

CCHIDEJIOYAJI0724I stayed at the 3 generation including my grandson. It was an inn near my home, and if there was no Nara Prefectural citizenship, there was no chance to stay. The parking lot is narrow, so it is a style to park at the entrance and leave the key. After the reception at the front desk, you will be guided to the room and you can provide tea in the room, which is an old-fashioned customer service. Although the entire building is undeniably aging, there was a sense of security because it was well maintained, cleaned, and corona measures. The room was a large room with the next room, but the five-storied pagoda of Kofukuji was a room in the direction where I couldn't see it. The bath has a large communal bath and an open-air bath on the same floor, but it was a pity that I had to change clothes and enter again. I used it properly as a large communal bath before dinner and an open-air bath before going to bed. It was an artificial hot spring, so it was quite a spring quality. Dinner was served in a private room with consideration for my grandchildren, but it was simple but delicately seasoned and was top class in Nara inn. Breakfast was also very delicious. The landlady was well supervised by the employees from check-in to check-out, and everyone's manners were wonderful. At dinner, we were waiting at the entrance, and at breakfast, we were 々 for employees with great consideration to guide us ahead of the elevator. There is no accommodation, and dinner is possible, and it is a revisit.

名もなき列車長This was my first time staying here on business. It was located just a short walk from Kintetsu Nara Station, and there was a convenience store nearby, so it was very convenient. Check-in was smooth, and checking out was as easy as returning the room key. The room was just the right size, and the minimum amenities were provided, so I didn't feel inconvenienced (although I don't think you should expect much from the location from the room, as this is a hotel that you will be using for lodging after all). What I particularly liked was the breakfast. As it is a bakery hotel, the freshly baked bread was very delicious. You could choose from three types of toppings. It also came with a salad and a drink. It was a wonderful hotel that can be used for business as well as sightseeing. I would like to stay here again.

GGuest UserIt is the worst hotel I have stayed in so far. The quality of service is below the business hotel. I felt that there was only a good view. I don't think I'll go again. I regretted that I really booked. The person in charge of check-in did not grasp the plan I 々 booked. While I put ice cream out with welcome sweets, I started the reception and explanation before eating and melted. Moreover, it is messy in the situation where even the reservation plan is not grasped. I was told to ask questions and check them, but there was no answer at all. There is an explanation for the upgrade of dinner, but there is no explanation of what comes out of dinner in the first place. I can't choose. I asked for a pair of futons at the time of booking, but it was not prepared. There is no amenities for children at all. Toothbrush is also for adults. It should be a family plan, but it is not prepared if you don't say a spoon or fork for children at meals. The fishing rod is used, but all needles are not available. It is also a fireworks of the present and cannot be caught. HP says the surroundings are naturally rich and can collect insects, but there are only cherry blossoms around. The family around was not caught. There is no barrier free in the building. There are many steps. There is no effort to eliminate the steps with slopes, railings, etc. It is rare now. Is it designed by a proper designer? The person with bad legs is a dangerous hotel with high risk of falling. The open-air bath is only a good view. On the narrow top, the height of the bath tub is high, and the person with bad legs does not enter. There is no stand or railing. The public bath is small enough to laugh. After that, some showers do not have hot water. There are children's toys, but they have mold. In addition, there were many things that were unwritten and unpleasant. I stayed for two nights, so 2 days were melancholy. This service, facilities, this price is a bumpy. I will never go again and I will never recommend it to acquaintances.

DDouhuayutouHotel self-check-in, very convenient, there is no disposable toothpaste toothbrush in the room, but the hotel has independent access at the door, there is a disposable toothbrush toothpaste, as well as DHC skin care set, facial cleanser, makeup remover oil, water milk sample, free self-collection. Hotel location is super good, Kintetsu No. 5 exit, come up, the hotel entrance and opposite is the bus stop, there is a bus travel information center next to the hotel, you can buy a bus one-day coupon, multi-day coupon, one-day coupon 500 yen per person, very accounting, take the 8th road directly to Tang Zhaoti Temple, Yaowang Temple is near it, walking very close, there is a bus stop next to Yaowang Temple, there is a car directly to the Spring Festival Club, it is recommended to find the Spring Festival Club, and then slowly go down to Nara Park.

VVeroncia.[Room configuration] The double room has decent space, and you can put a suitcase under the bed. Pajamas and toiletries must be picked up at the front desk. The room has a floor-to-ceiling window, which cannot be opened, but the view in the morning is really good! There is a public bath with fixed hours, the laundry room and dryer are good, and laundry detergent is provided. [Geographic location] It is very close to Nara Station. Turn left and go straight for 2 intersections. Going to Nara Park is just going straight out of the station. Please note that the hotel entrance is on the side when using Google navigation, not uphill. [Hotel service] The front desk is very enthusiastic and luggage can be stored.

AAnonymous UserThe reception and bathroom outside are okay, there is a washing machine, but the small room is mixed with men and women, and the curtains are not sealed, you can see inside, and the lights are dim, it is a bit scary to be alone. No one was there when we checked out. After waiting for a while, we put the room card at the front desk and left. One door is the dormitory area, and the other is the washing area. The dormitory area requires you to enter the password, but the washing area and the dormitory area are connected. You can enter the washing area casually. I feel so scared to stay overnight and run away. The price is cheap, but there is no sense of security.
