Terrible Check-In process. The room reservation was changed without prior notice. Was told by the front desk that the hotel was overbooked which is why the reservation was changed, and they were unwilling to make any accommodations. However, it would have been helpful to have been informed of any changes before getting to the room.

Lack of hot water in the shower. Mentioned to the front desk and nothing done. Great location but lack of detail when taking care of the property

Average. Scratchy sheets. If the sheets on the bed were not rough and scratchy it would be a better hotel. Noisy outside. Not the fault of the hotel - cars with loud music parking by the river. I will stay elsewhere if I ever come back.

My husband & I enjoyed our stay at the Natchez Grand Hotel, we had a nice king room facing the river. The breakfast was good & the staff we spoke with were very friendly. My only issue was the hotel could used just a tad bit updating, the carpet on the hall floor going to our room (#304) has numerous stains, kinda looked like bleach had been spilled. The overhang where you'd get out of your vehicle to walk into the hotel must have been hit a few times by a bus or really tall vehicle b/c it had been hit a few times & needed to be fixed. Overall our stay was very nice, just wanted to point out those few things.

Natchez Grand was fantastic. We had a room with a river view, and it was breathtaking. Highly recommend.

Parking was terrible. Hotel lot was full, probably being used as overflow for the convention center across the street. No spaces available. Had to park on street away from hotel.

The ac was working properly. After 11/2 hours we got it to working but before we left it wasn’t working again. Hard to sleep when it’s hot. Tried to get help but….

The room I booked was not available when I arrived, the tv in my room did not work for two days, there was a light bulb missing in the bathroom, and I was charged more then ******* stated the amount would be. The property is good, breakfast is good, and the staff was excellent. They will rush you out of the breakfast area when breakfast ends. The lady at the desk said they had noted the broken tv on my reservation and the manager would revue and credit me. So far I have heard nothing, nor do I expect to.
