The location is nice with close access to main train station and center of the city. The building is rather old and the rooms require some renovations. The service is basic but well organized. the breakfast is rather basic old fashioned German style.

The hotel is clean, the breakfast is fabulous, but the rooms are overpriced for what they look like. Small, sparse, the towels are old and the bathroom needs to be updated. I was in a business double room with a friend, and it was TINY. We paid $1400 for ten nights. The wait staff in the dining room were awesome, but Marcus at the front desk had NO people skills, was totally unfriendly, and didn’t seem to really know his job. No smiling, no attitude of helpfulness. If he doesn’t like people, he’s in the wrong business. It’s close to the train station, and close to town, but I expected more.

The hotel is fine, great for one night. The large family rooms were big and clean. Location is pretty close to the center of the town. The restaurant on the other hand was not good. the staff worked very hard but were too inexperienced and they were not assisted by a manager. We had to wait over 1.5 hours for overpriced and small meals. The blame was not on the employees but on the poor management.

Brilliant location with really nice rooms including good bed comfort. Slow wifi unfortunately and the restaurant close really early and the bar at 22.00 hours. Acceptable breakfast without any surprises. At the end of the day, one night staying is ok!

Das Hotel ist recht ordentlich, für mich drei Sterne, zentral am Bahnhof und den verschiedenen Hauptstrassen gelegen, daher mit geöffneten Fenster sehr laut. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, das Bett hat eine eher harte Matratze, was mich nicht gestört, die Zimmer wurden renoviert, Duschwanne, ansonsten ist eine gewisse Patina unverkennbar. Ein Auszug ist vorhanden, klein und altersbedingt nicht schnell. Das hoteleigene Parkhaus ist recht günstig, aber für größere Fahrzeuge zu eng. Zusätzlich gibt es Parkplätze an den Strassen und einen öffentlichen Parkplatz, jeweils zeitabhängig gebührenpflichtig. Für das Angebot sind die Preis ziemlich hoch. Allerdings ist das Angebot an Hotels nicht üppig, da die Winzer eher ihre Ferienwohnungen vermieten wollen und höherwertige Hotels nicht genehmigen.

Super Lage, sehr sauber, freundliches Personal. Wir waren mit 3 Pärchen vom 03. bis 05.05.2024 dort. Bis auf den Umstand, dass das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, gibt es von unserer Seite aus nichts zu kritisieren. Ein tolles und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Vor allem hinter der Bar mit Panca und Achmet sehr tolle und aufmerksame Bedienungen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral direkt gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofes und des Saalbaus. Sehr gut geeignet, wenn man ein Konzert besucht. Das 3 Sterne Hotel besticht durch die Freundlichkeit und Umsichtigkeit des Personals. Alles ist sehr sauber, die Betten mit sehr guten Matratzen ausgestattet. Das Frühstück muss besonders erwähnt werden: Hervorragend! Große Auswahl, frisch und wird ständig nachgefüllt durch das umsichtige Personal. Leider waren wir nur für 1 Nacht hier. Es war das erste aber bestimmt nicht das letzte mal. Vielen Dank für alles.
