I decided to spend spring break at Kartrite and it was pretty average. A few years ago I went to Camelback and it was much more fun. I didn’t like that they had limited food options that were really pricey. Some restaurants required reservations and they fill up fast so if you don’t get one you’re out of luck. And the quality of the food was very basic. The arcade was fun, so was the waterpark, even though the park was a little smaller than I expected. The staff was friendly, but a few seem to be very bored and not concerned with smiling or being warm and welcoming.
The rooms were pretty clean and comfortable. However, the water pressure wasn’t good . They were understaffed, and I could tell they were overwhelmed by how many people were there. I probably won’t be back because there are better indoor water parks to go to in Pennsylvania.

This is a must-go family destination. We had so much fun. Summer will be a best time to be at this location to fully utilize all the facilities.

The staff was amazing, the dinning area in the indoor water park is terrible on lunch time only 3 people for the whole park I was on line 45 minutes just for a pie and soda fountain

My children love a quick trip to Kartrite! We have visited 4 times since they've opened. Its a great place to let loose and sneak a bit of summer fun into the cooler months. 😊

This is my family’s second time here. Our stay was absolutely amazing! The staff is absolutely amazing. We had to wait a bit for our check in but for our patience we got rewarded with an upgraded room and late check out (totally worth it) my sons have a few challenges and the staff were absolutely amazing with every step. Everything was absolutely safe and perfect couldn’t ask for a better vacation/celebration for my son’s 8th. 10/10 thank you so much Kartrite and staff ♥️♥️🥹

If I could give zero I would give zero several times. First of all, there is only one person at check-in. The staff is not polite, the room accommodations are the only good thing. The photos of the park inside deceive you on the website, it's small and there's almost nothing for children to do. I went with a friend and her son, both the same age, 12. We went for breakfast and there is all you can eat, 22.95 adults and children up to 12 pay 12.95, and there are still no breakfast varieties. When I went to check my card they had charged each of us 22.95. There is no bottled water for sale at the resort, only tap water, I have never seen that. For you to use the only two restaurants you have to make a reservation. The food is horrible and expensive, the drinks are the same. We had to leave the building and go to the local Walmart to buy water and some snacks. They have room to build a structure equal to or better than the Kalahari, but they haven't done it. For the price we paid of $975 for 2 nights, it wasn't worth a penny. PLEASE CHECK THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING. If I had done so, they wouldn't have seen my hard-earned money.

So we had a grease fire at like ten o clock at night and the staff handled the large group of panicked individuals wonderfully. Whenever there was a mistake or a small issue the immediately rectified the problem my boyfriend and I have four kids altogether and despite their different ages they all found something they loved. Thank you!!!

Fire alarm had me and my kids out in the rain we called the desk 3 times for tv and shower not working properly no answer just horrible we stood in mud for about 25 mins
