Very quaint cute place. Bedding was wonderful and proximity to downtown was a plus. The only issue was the room wasn’t functions. (TV off to the side of bed). I would recommend offering shampoo, conditioner and lotion separate as opposed to an “all in one body soap.” Other than that the place was great!

Loved the quiet room and home feel and the comfortable feel as well and the charm. The owners very nice and definitely a gem in New Braunfels

This was a cozy little retreat which we both appreciated, I would have liked to see a real coffee mug instead of paper .. and I would have appreciated a kettle to make tea . Also in the ******* ad it does mention no smoking .. and I completely understand no smoking in the rooms .. but no smoking any where on the property was a surprise which we didn’t expect or know about until after our credit card was processed and payment made .. we might have looked elsewhere had this been clear in the beginning.

Easy check in, great location, everything was as expected, very clean. The beds were very comfortable.

Adorable bungalow style with porch and lovely garden courtyard. Walking distance to main strip in New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn, and Landa. Quiet, peaceful and comfortable room.

Amazing place but it was only 2 people. I would hate to sleep in the room with more people due to the size and couch positioning. Overall for a couples weekend. It’s amazing!
