Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean room and common areas. The only reason I gave a 4/5 on facilities is because I don't think we should have had to pay $25 to park in the hotel parking garage!

I was racially profiled at this hotel. I was accused of stealing. The clerk(white lady) said she saw me put a honey bun in my shirt! I had to expose myself in front of everyone to prove my innocence! The clerk just shrug her shoulders like oh well, it looked like you put something in your shirt! Then the lady refuses to check me out!!!!!! How humiliating and embarrassing! The distress is overwhelming!! Regardless of the comp nights given by the hotel manager, Chris, this issue is still unresolved! I have not been able to speak the the GM about this matter to date. The email I was given by the hotel manager for Beth Ables, have been undeliverable. I would not recommend staying at this hotel! I would not recommend this hotel!!!!! My stay was August 26-28, 2022. French Quarters Sheraton.

I was in town for a conference. I like mid-range hotels like Holiday Inn Express because you tend to get more complementary stuff, like breakfast and WiFi, and this was no exception. There are many positives: from here you are within easy walking distance to Bourbon Street and the CBD (Central Business District for us non-locals). It's a bit of a stretch to walk to the convention center (where I needed to be on a daily basis) or Frenchmen's street (less crowded than Bourbon, with different if not better character and music). I think I met half the Lyft drivers in NOLA, though got plenty of steps in too. There are a couple of restaurants nearby; I frequented Walk-Ons, a franchise but one that has local fare too. I had a room RIGHT next to the elevator. My first reaction was YES! I never get a short walk to the elevator! My second reaction was - $#!^ - I'm not going to be sleeping much with partiers coming off that same elevator. My fears were unfounded. The bed was plenty comfortable, the room was quiet, and I slept well. I only interacted with staff on a few occasions, but these were all positive. If you get hungry or need a drink or sundries, they have a ”Market” with assorted goods for purchase. They also have a business center (with a printer) that I did not use. I did not have housekeeping my entire four-night stay. This seems to be industry standard. You can request housekeeping, but it was just me, and I can live in my modest mess for a few days. It is my custom to include a report for traveling athletes. Swimming is a problem at this location. They have an indoor pool that is slightly larger than a bathtub. There are four local regional pools (closest being Gat Town Natatorium and Treme Recreational Community Center), but I struck out completely - all 4 were closed on the day I had planned to swim, one I found out by a failed Lyft ride to a closed community center. My suggestion is to CALL before you go, and if they don't answer, that probably means they are not there (even if the website says they are open... grr). For running, there are some treadmills at the hotel's fitness center that I did not use. About a half-mile away from the hotel is the Lafitte Greenway (look for the St. Louis Cemetary at Basin Street for the trailhead). It is 2.6 miles of paved trail for bikers, walkers, and runners. It felt safe (enough). There are several cross-streets, the more dangerous with stop signs and less dangerous with yield signs. I rarely needed to stop for traffic, and most drivers with polite, some even stopping when they did not have to so I could continue my run. A message from Captain Obvious: New Orleans is hot and humid. Avoid planning a run that will outlast your hydration. Back to the hotel. A couple of areas for improvement. The front desk was usually but not always staffed. It was not a problem for me directly, but I saw someone trying to get checked in with nobody to help him. The front door gets locked at 10 PM - or 9 PM - or

Conveniently located in the heart of the French Quarter in Orléans. It is the parking to be handed over to the doorman and parked in the far away garage. Going on Thanksgiving, there are too many people to stay. Breakfast was eaten at the French street outside the French street, cheap and delicious. The photo is the restaurant on the French street next to it, the breakfast is good.

There is really nothing to say about the hotel. During the epidemic, it is not only cheap but also has fewer people! The neighborhood is also very close to French Street, and there are delicious oysters, ACME restaurant is recommended, the seafood is really delicious!

I really enjoyed my stay. I loved that the hotel was close but also away from Canal St. Also being across the street from Majoria's Commerce was a plus, a great little place for breakfast. I loved LOA, the serve was the best and the Bad Blood was my favorite. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel 10-14 January 2022 for government business and I will never stay at this location, or another Courtyard by Marriott again. First of all, I booked my reservation myself because I was to tell the booking receptionist what group I was with. I called several times in November to book a room but was placed on hold for 15+ minutes each time never being able to complete the booking process. I ended up reserving a room using the Bonvoy app. The actual stay was decent besides the constant slamming of doors, the blinking light directly above the bed, and the confusing light switch setup. The room was clean and modern, but for a 4-day stay I did expect at least one visit from the cleaning staff, but that seemed a bit excessive. Throughout this time, and navigating around the government business I was attending, I attempted several times to confront the desk clerk about ensuring I receive the government rate as I was unable to do so over the phone prior to arriving. On the third night of my stay I received a confirmation via the Bonvoy app that I would receive the government rate. I also got verbal confirmation from the clerk working the night desk on 13 January when I asked if there would be any issue with me checking out at 3am the next day. Checked out of the hotel and was on my way to the airport when I received the electronic receipt in my email for $299/night. This is not the government rate. Upon returning to work the following Monday I called and was directed to speak with Jeanine about the issue. Even though she did assist me with reversing the tax charges, she was rude, unsympathetic, and disruptive as I tried to explain the issue. She did confirm that she was given a list of members who were to receive the government rate but that she took no further action because I did not call to confirm that my name was on the list or that I was indeed attending....if my name was on a list that was given to you, and I had an active reservation 2 months prior, why would this be a problem? Name on list...check. Reservation made by the same name....check. Not so fast! Because I was having difficulties communicating with Jeanine, I had a co-worker of mine who deals with hotel billeting speak to her and she claimed to him that I was extremely rude and degrading to her, which is an absolute lie. I never called her by anything but her name, never used profanity, and only raised my voice when she interrupted me so I could finish what I was saying. Still, no progress. Because of this trip being directed by government, it is not supposed to cost the military member a dime out of pocket. My leadership decided that if I could get a letter from the hotel stating they would not honor the government rate, the hotel cost may be covered. Wrong. After politely requesting such a letter from Jeanine 3 times, I was given what is basically Jeanine's excuse slapped on letterhead. 3 months after this whole ordeal I am now looking at being persona

I wasted a points redemption on this hotel. We booked it because it was near where our friend lived. Next time we will stay farther out. We were there for the 1st Mardi Gras weekend. During check-in, the front desk staff was distracted talking to each other about non-work-related stuff instead of engaging with the guests. (We observed this to be the norm every time we came and went) The drink coolers in the retail area only had a few diet drinks and water. When we asked when it would be refilled, the clerk told us, ”it's Mardi Gras season. We might get some more after that”. Yes, it's arguably the busiest tourist season for New Orleans, call your distributor or tell the manager to go to the grocery store. We booked a room with a king and a sleeper sofa. The sleeper didn't have any sheets, nor were there any that could be used to make the bed ourselves. The top sheet and blanket weren't even tucked in on the king bed. Based on other TA reviews, we brought our own towels. The coffee supplies had not been replenished. Breakfast was nothing special and not replenished until guests asked

This hotel is adequate in every sense of the word. Service was fine, but unspectacular. Rooms were comfortable enough, but nothing stood out as being particularly special. There were no additional extras or anything that would suggest this place goes above and beyond what is expected for travelers - no bottled water in the room, no free breakfast, no additional toiletries. I was not disappointed at all, but I was not impressed either. My only issue is that they made us move our vehicle (we paid for the park and cruise package). If I’m paying twice the price for parking I should get to park wherever I want. Other than that it was ok.

In terms of hardware, the facilities are good. I am a suite and the sofa, bed, and TV are relatively new. The hotel has free parking lot with lots of parking spaces. Breakfast is not bad, typical American breakfast. The waiter was kind and friendly. When I checked in, I saw that the hotel specially made a welcome slogan for me, indicating that the hotel treats its guests very carefully and has a great experience.

Outstanding
I don’t know where to start. We recently stayed at the Windsor Court with friends our as the property came highly recommended and it certainly did not disappoint. The moment our driver pulled up and the doorman raced out with umbrellas we knew service was going to be impeccable. Everyone here is friendly, professional and very well trained to pay attention to detail and make you feel warm and welcome. Our rooms was nice and spacious, when traveling with a 4 year old we always appreciate space to spread out. Dinning venues are all great but I do have to say sitting in the lounge with an adult beverage and a bowl of gumbo was very enjoyable. We met lots of great staff including John Taylor who tools a few moments to chat with us and again just to be friendly and make you feel welcome. The only negative item was the tea service we took our daughter to just seemed to miss the mark a little bit was very appropriately priced for what it was. We would whole heartedly recommend this property and will absolutely stay here again!
KKseniia KoshevaiaWe recently had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Peter and Paul in New Orleans and overall, it was a delightful experience. The interior of the hotel exudes a captivating charm, blending historic architecture with modern comfort seamlessly. The attention to detail in the design adds a unique touch to the ambiance.
The service at Hôtel Peter and Paul was exceptional, with a staff that was attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any concerns, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident.
While the overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the housekeeping service. It wasn't as thorough as I would have expected, and some details were overlooked. However, this didn't overshadow the other positive aspects of the stay.
In conclusion, Hôtel Peter and Paul offers a charming and unique retreat in the heart of New Orleans. The impressive interior and outstanding service make it a memorable choice for those seeking a distinctive and comfortable stay in this vibrant city.
GGuest UserThis place is very hollow and loud. It's very close quarters and no sound proofing. You can hear everyone's TV in the hall amd your room, people screaming on the phone, doors slamming, people getting ice on another floor, people outside on the nice patio, water took forever in sink to go down, black blanket they give you was so nasty, looked like snot or semen smeared on it. Hair was everywhere. I say this with the understanding that hair is harder to get up. It was In our bed, everywhere in shower. I know you can't say no children but this is not a place for small kids to run around and talk in hallways bc everything can be hear so clearly. No proofing or weather*****ping under doors so there is a huge gap. Of maybe 1.5 inches under the doors that doesn't help the sound. Cute place, in a sketchy up and coming neighborhood. They have street parking only which was plentiful and said there was security roving through neighborhood. Never saw them but our cars were fine. Good idea for a small neighborhood hostel/hotel. Decor was simple and so cute throughout and it comes with a MW and fridge. The attached coffee and bar was nice.
GGavinmcvWe stayed 4 nights here and loved it. It was in the French Quarter but was quiet. The cafe is very handy and the Bombay club bar is great for a happy hour drink. We especially loved Kenyetta who greeted us (and everyone else) with a cheery smile and conversation every time we came back from the day. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about New Orleans.
GGuest UserOur family spent two nights at the Bourbon Hotel (October 10-12). We read the reviews and were expecting an upscale hotel experience. We travel very often in the US and around the world, in all types of hotels-from basic 3 starts accommodations to luxury resorts. We do not go to hotels unless we verify recommendations and find the best fit. At most, the reviews are accurate. At times, slightly non-representing, nevertheless, we realize that it is a matter of taste. However, it is rare that an experience is so far fetched from the positive review that I had to write one myself (I very rarely do). From the moment we entered, it was a clear that we are entering a once glamorous venue which was not maintained, not clean with an atmosphere in lobby as if we entered a train station and not a hotel. The room itself was also filthy, with toe nails under our bed, hair in the closet and dust in the room. There was no soap, and housekeeping did not clean at all the following morning. The door to the balcony does not close properly and therefore it is very noisy. The empty mini bar was more of a heater than a cooler. During the whole duration of our stay, the same garbage items were not removed from the elevator and others not cleaned in lobby. When we attempted to order room service as stated on the hotel website, we were told that “we no longer deliver food to room” with no apology given. When we went to try our luck at the breakfast buffet, we were told “we no longer offer it”. We were fine with a-la-carte but then we found out that they only offer bar seating and no high chair was provided for our daughter. Again, with no apology. They were filming a series outside of the hotel, which by itself is a cool thing, but not when it makes the hotel a production room, filthy, messy, noisy and again-the hotel does not acknowledge it. The worst moment was when we needed to wait 15 minutes in the heat to get back to the hotel as the small street was closed for filming. Again, no apology given. When we needed the front desk supervisor’s assistance in a billing matter concerning tax, we were dismissed in the most vulgar and not-service-oriented manner, despite the fact that they clearly did not follow State and Federal Law. We tried to explain the issue but again, there was a total lack of willingness to listen. Bottom line, this hotel is a disgrace. Maybe years ago it deserved 4 stars, today it is a mediocre youth hostel that charges like a luxury hotel. Avoid.
RRuskinWe booked the hotel seeing that it had 4 stars, there was a pool and the amenities list said there was an oven and microwave for the room. I can tell you that when we got there we were definitely surprised and not in a good way. The pool was closed even though they put a sign on the door thanking people for staying 6 ft apart. I don’t understand how you can be 6 ft apart if you can’t even go into the pool area, let alone the pool itself. Another reason we were extremely unhappy was because we had brought frozen food expecting to be able to heat it up and there was no oven, nor a microwave in the room. For a 4 star hotel that is ridiculous! Additionally, the hotel was doing some COVID-19 relief programs which in retrospect is very nice of them due to the fact that New Orleans is a poor area, but they did not let us know about it when we booked the room and the outside the hotel was full of homeless people and others just sitting around smoking and drinking by both doors outside and roaming throughout the lobby. My husband and I were very displeased and even though the hotel was giving them food and water, they created a place where anyone could have definitely caught the virus if they aren’t careful enough or if anyone walking in had it. If we ever go back to New Orleans, we will not be staying there.
JJINThe location is very good, super close to the French Quarter. However, the location of the room is very poor. The windows are facing the high wall opposite the Hutong.
GGuest UserStaff at front desk was friendly enough. No parking for hotel specifically, but we parked in the garage right next door. Lots of broken down cars, but thankfully we didn't have any issues. Some strange people wandering around the streets, but that's not anything the hotel can change. Location was good - not too far a walk to Bourbon Street & the French Quarter. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, which had a full kitchen and nice size open area. Our pull-out bed had no mattress on it, so someone had to bring one up. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms, however, one of the bedrooms didn't have a window in it. Did not try the breakfast or use any of the common spaces.
GGuest UserI booked this hotel 2 months ago through hotels.com. I selected the ”pay at hotel” option. We show up and they do not have our reservation or any available rooms. Unfortunately, the card I used to reserve the room was compromised and had to be canceled. I forgot that this card was used to reserve the room, and never followed-up. Nevertheless, I would think that since I only reserved the room and would still pay at the hotel, the hotel would hold on to my reservation, or maybe contact us before canceling the reservation. This was a huge inconvenience, and ended up roaming the streets in desperate need of a place to stay late at night.
