1. Everything is new. It's clean. 2. The staff are very friendly. They are so kind that it makes you feel uncomfortable!! 3. The location is a little far from downtown. Taking Grab downtown costs about 50,000 to 70,000 VND. 4. The view of the 31st floor roof pool is quite nice as it has a view of Vinpearl Island. 5. Listen carefully to requests. 6. Breakfast is okay. (The rice noodles are delicious and the orange juice is very, very good!!!!) 7. There are no shower balls or conditioners among the amenities. 8. I didn’t see any Koreans lol 9. The drain in the shower room is a bit slow. 10. If you want a complete ocean view, avoid suites when choosing a room type. (This is a side view) Overall, it was a very satisfactory hotel. First of all, everything is clean and new. It's a bit far from the center, so it's a bit far to walk. I recommend it if you want a city tour of Nha Trang rather than relaxation like a resort. I will come back on my next trip to Nha Trang!!

However, due to the pandemic of COVID-19, the SPA service in the hotel was closed and included the gym and other game facilities. We were welcomed by The manager Vo thi my Van and Tran thi my Quynh who is the receptionist both very good at their job's we found that that they wanted to help us organise our stay and help was always on hand thank you to both of you. Rest in March 2020. Excellent hotel, all the photos presented are in line. Hotel is new, modern with responsive staff. Clean and beautiful. Pleasant breakfasts that didn't even come at the end of the holiday. Dining in the hotel too. Chef is excellent. The hotel itself is in the south of Nyachang, in the cottage village in this and plus and minus. Plus silence, beauty, looked at charming houses. Minus lack of a normal beach. Swimming there was not an ice, but the transportation availability is good, so we went to different beaches. Hotel only 5. On the day of departure, we had breakfast before we could eat fully. Hotel staff thank you and the chef separately.

Stayed for 3 nights at the end of August. The hotel is located across the road to the beach. We had a free upgrade to a slightly bigger room which was really nice. Rooms are new with modern decor. The balcony was my favourite part with views of the sea and Vinpearl resort. We stayed on the 7th floor. It was pretty noisy at night but not sure if it was because there was a Thai market when we stayed but we were too tired so had no problem sleeping. We didn’t get a chance to use the swimming pool but the Spa was amazing. Staff were friendly. Can always find something to eat at breakfast. Overall very happy with the hotel and would stay again.

Hotel is just super, cleaning every day, replacing towels every day, everything clean, neatly. We took a hotel with 3 times food, we were fed for slaughter. The morning was a Swedish table, not the one we used to in Turkey, but quite normal. And for lunch and dinner we came to the hotel restaurant and brought us food: necessarily a big dish salad, garlic bread, soup and second dish. Finally served fruit for dessert. Every day something new. We never regretted having taken a hotel with food. It's cool)).

However, I must note some areas that could use improvement. Acquiring a Grab car service during dinner time proved to be a challenge due to the scarcity of vehicles in the vicinity. Additionally, the hotel services left something to be desired. Despite the breakfast being advertised as complimentary, it was consistently served cold. The pricing structure within the hotel was also disappointing. After consuming the first 10 bottles of water, each subsequent bottle came with a 10k VND charge. Moreover, the quality of the facilities was subpar, with easily damaged, fragile items that could potentially result in unexpected charges. A word of caution—do ensure you have sufficient cash on hand, as a deposit of $3M VND is required upon check-in. Nonetheless, the comfortable bed and overall ambiance contributed to an overall pleasant stay for both me and my companion. Despite the setbacks, our experience here was largely positive.
