Atour Hotel (Ningbo Airport Yinzhou Avenue)

The room facilities were great, clean and tidy. The front desk service was excellent and very responsible; they upgraded my room and provided a timely wake-up call service. The airport transfer reminder was punctual and well-executed. Overall, it was a good experience.

Facilities: Well-equipped, with robot delivery service. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: The room window offers a view of the river. Service: Attentive and welcoming. Upon arrival, two staff members at the front desk: one handled check-in, and the other offered tea. The breakfast was plentiful, and a special shout-out for the wontons and Ningbo tangyuan served by the auntie. Airport Transfer Service: Punctual, fast, and very accommodating.

My flight arrived in the middle of the night, so I booked Atour last minute. As expected, Atour didn't disappoint. I was very satisfied with everything, from the facilities to the service. The breakfast was 48 RMB and quite substantial. Excellent!

I enjoy staying at Atour hotels, and I'm even a member. The main reason is that I find their beds and pillows incredibly comfortable. This particular Atour was decent overall, but the soundproofing was a bit lacking. Given its proximity to the airport, they might want to consider installing double-pane windows. The plane noise wasn't the biggest issue though; it was mainly the poor sound insulation between rooms. I hope they can improve that.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was warm and attentive. What I appreciated most was the thoughtful complimentary airport drop-off service – the shuttle was punctual and got me to the airport in about ten minutes, making my travel worry-free. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ningbo!

Close to the airport. It's a bit of an older hotel, especially after staying at a newly opened Atour recently, so it felt a bit underwhelming by comparison. However, the staff were all very warm and attentive. Thank you!

This airport in Ningbo is a real pain. The hotels near the airport are all rundown, located in a sort of urban-rural fringe area. So this time, I booked an Atour hotel, and to my surprise, it's very close to the airport and super convenient. You can hop on the elevated highway right from the hotel and be at the airport in just a few minutes. I'll definitely stay here again for early morning flights. Highly recommended!

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience was truly awful. On the first day, I booked through Trip.com. When I went to the front desk to extend my stay for the second day, even though I had another Trip.com order, the front desk told me I could just pay directly. That wasn't an issue for me, as the price was the same. I was staying in a queen room and wanted to switch to a twin room. They told me to go wait upstairs and they would bring the room card up. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes, and it took two phone calls for them to finally bring it up. I just sat there傻傻地 (foolishly/aimlessly) waiting in the room for 30 minutes. This is a genuine review.
