離老外灘很近，晚上入住也很方便，是喜歡的複式格局，可惜房間沒有圖片看起來這麼新，發黴的地方和黴味都比較重，房東態度還不錯，建議房東重新裝修一下吧

首先大廈年代比較老，大堂電梯，通道殘舊，物管差，其次房內裝修陳舊，設施殘舊，衞生間臭味嚴重，總之太差了，價格不值，反正不會選擇這種公寓了
