It was really noisy. The door kept ringing after I checked in. I called the waiter and said that I had to close it hard to stop the sound. It might be the same in other rooms, which caused the loud closing sound to come from the room next to me. There were construction sites all around. The soundproofing of this hotel is terrible

房間很新，前台服務態度很好，要吐槽餐廳1服務態度差，餐廳廚師和阿姨態度都不好7:15了自助餐都沒準備好，麪檔也沒有，咖啡機沒預熱，蒸籠也有空的，衹知道門口收餐券，可能是外包，但開元應該嚴選合作方！口味更是難吃到不行，見圖可知！
定了親子套房，房間很大有浴缸，還送了mini bar和水果盤小食，點贊，要加床被子，也很快跟進，很棒

五一出遊不開車，肯定要選個離地鐵站近的，這個酒店真的是絕近，地鐵四號線嵩江東路出來就到了，沒有再方便的了。酒店工作人員都非常熱情，前台幾個服務態度超級好。客房部一位值夜班的阿姨，短髮東北口音，人非常好，晚上給我們送了兩次東西，很貼心，態度也非常好就想自己家人一樣，為她點贊！酒店種類也很多，麪條餛飩都有，帶孩子的挺好的，早餐廳幾個員工也很好，説明酒店培訓到位的。臨走時前台還送我們伴手禮，總之五一可以住的這麼舒服已經很完美了!有機會還會選擇這個酒店～

房間很乾凈，服務很好，房間裏還送了葡萄酒 零食泡麪等，訂了親子套房，房間很大 還有浴缸，唯一不足就是停車位置有點少擠到了一個角落估計和節假日有關，很不錯的選擇 離東錢湖也不是非常遠
