It was my first time staying here and it happened to be snowing. The hot springs in the snow were really picturesque and a great experience. It was very comfortable to soak in the hot springs. On this day, I could also sweat after soaking in the hot springs. The service was also superb and the breakfast was rich. I highly recommend this hotel

The lobby what manager is enthusiastic in service and also took the initiative to add WeChat to facilitate the problem. The welcome fruit is so mini that the two people have to discuss who eats bananas and who eats cucumbers. The room design and facilities are really tall, but there may be no guests staying in the hotel. There are some small facilities problems, and it seems that there is no careful acceptance. For example, when I was about to go to bed at night, I found that the background light on the bedside could not be turned off. I shocked the two managers and kept apologizing. I also asked to change the room. I thought that the luggage was completely scattered. I just turned off the light and fell asleep. I really didn't want to toss. Finally, the electrician handled it. A cute gift was also sent when I checked out. The breakfast is quite rich and there are not many people. Unfortunately, such a big hotel cannot provide dinner, but the small robot is still very cute to help deliver food to the room.

It was my first time staying at Huatian Hotel. The overall facilities were OK, but not new. The service was OK. They took the initiative to upgrade us to a bathtub hot spring room. The room was spacious and the bedding was comfortable. But I was not satisfied with the hotel's core service - the hot spring experience. The indoor pool was not filled with water, and there were not many outdoor hot spring pools.
