"The hotel is very convenient to drive from Changsha, and it only takes 1 hour to get there. Parking is very convenient. Because it was a hot day, Xiaowen, who checked in at the front desk, took the initiative to ask for the license plate number and reminded us that there was an underground garage. We parked the car on the first floor, so it was not so sunny when we checked out the next day. Very considerate, there are plenty of parking spaces in the underground parking lot, which can directly lead to the room. The room was clean and tidy. Everyone in the hotel greeted me and I felt very comfortable. The hot spring center is fully equipped with swimming pools, special hot spring pools, steam rooms, and billiards, making it suitable for entertainment. The hotel has a lot of breakfast varieties, and the elderly at home just drink some porridge and whole grains 😂"

"The hotel service was pretty good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff upgraded my room and even gave me complimentary hot spring tickets. The rice noodles at breakfast were delicious, and the chef even took the initiative to personally teach me how to season them, which is something you don't find at other hotels. Huatian's quality is still top-notch."

The rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are comfortable and soft, and the sound insulation effect is very good, making it comfortable to sleep at night. The facilities in the room are smart and convenient throughout the house. They are tidy and clean, making people feel happy. We are quite satisfied with our accommodation experience at Kaixing Supreme Garden Hotel this time. We give it a thumbs up both in terms of service and facilities."

"This is my fourth time to Huitang Occupational Therapy Hot Spring Hotel, because the first impression is very good, the waiters are very enthusiastic and patient, what I value most is the sanitary environment, the room is very comfortable and cozy, the bed is very comfortable, the children sleep well at night, the children and my family love to take a hot spring bath, sleep well and have fun is a quality and enjoyable weekend. "This hotel had a terrible stay! The staff were both unhelpful and unprofessional. I booked through Ctrip, which included breakfast, but they didn't give me a breakfast voucher upon check-in. I went to the bar in the morning to ask for it, but they said my breakfast was redeemed with points and I should ask them directly. They even blamed me for my bad attitude and told me to speak politely. Unbelievable! When I woke up this morning, I saw blood on my lips in the mirror, like I'd been bitten. Later, I saw a horned insect on the curtain. Unbelievable! Even after checking out, they didn't give me the seasonal fresh fruit and departure gift included in the booking. I had to ask the front desk to check the booking before they gave me the gift. I refused it, even though it was a cheap little thing. Since it was included in the booking, they should have given it to me regardless of whether I wanted it or not. Unbelievable! As a service industry, service is fundamental. They couldn't even provide the most basic service. Unbelievable! My stay was terrible. I wouldn't stay here again even if it were free."

"The room is nice and the price/performance ratio is acceptable. We booked three rooms. Since we wanted to live on a high floor, the customer service said we could upgrade to a high floor. The other two rooms were not upgraded, so only this one was available on a high floor. This place is relatively close to Fantawild. There are not many breakfast options nearby, but the overall experience is good."
